So true. No 'resurrection ' , without crucifixion.

I stopped drinking 6 months ago after 42 years. I'm 59. What gives me joy is not having that shame and guilt anymore. My children appreciate and support me more. And I am super proud of myself.❤

This podcast is bringing me lots of Joy! It’s like hosting two lovely and charming guests in my living room for a morning coffee. Very warm and cozy.

There has been SO much joy in sobriety (18 months), but one of the unexpected joys was TRULY experiencing the beauty of God's creation that's been all around me all along. I cherish walks now, and I make sure to "look up."💜

Okay; my name is Joy! People always tell me I’m a joy … I do have a lot of love and appreciation for life in general but ever struggling with the desire to chill and zone out! Probably for the last 45 years on and off! This is the first podcast that has impacted me; making me that perhaps it’s time. Time to get honest and be present. Thank you both so much for the support and encouragement! ❤☺️🙏
