@@amlmorris We’ll get a big sell on clause from it cos Duran will definitely force a move from West Ham in couple years when his value is high. Minimum £45 million fee and 20-25% sell-on clause I think. They sell him to Chelsea for £80 million in a couple years we’ll get around £20 million of that fee. No way do we come outta this without huge profit on what we paid initially with a big future sell on percentage.

Great hopefully he can twist their arm. The manager don't want him, yet their trying to still make big profit from him. They have to back the manager and get rid of the player he doesn't want. So why not wait, We are playing a good game. AWB deal is running low so might as well wait until they give us a good price. We falsed Juventus to sell Matthias Soule which was are original target but they didn't wanna sell him. So we played game with Nice CB to drive the price up to make them give us the sale.

We’re selling him cos he threw a hissy fit mid-season and I believe refused to play for a little bit cos he was on the bench every game. He’s unprofessional and egotistical. We don’t need to sell him and we’re not gonna sell him for below what we think he’s worth, which is well below what his value will be in a couple years time with regular football so I think we’ll also insist on a huge sell-on clause as we did with Philogene’s 30%.

I wouldn't be too excited about him saying he 'wants to sign' for West Ham. This kid only wants to move to London ANY London team comes in for him and he'll swear allegiances to that club Remember, he was on the verge of signing for Chelsea until they realised he has a MAJOR attitude on him. He'll wreck your dressing room vibe. I've personally locked him and his agent up and I can tell you this guy CAN'T live without his agent. When you buy him, you buy his agent because the agent actually LIVES with him. If you don't believe me then I'd ask him or his agent when/ if he signs for you. The guys a weirdo
