I've really settled in on sharpening along side reducing mid tone detail. It will sharpen up eyes and things you want but leave hair, and skin soft. Like -25 midtone and -46-48 sharping.

Hey! To zoom in & out in the preview window in the color page you have to hover with your mouse over the preview window and then use your mouse-wheel and scroll up and down! To deactivate / disable a node you have to select that node and then hit "D" on the keyboard! Hope this answers all the questions that you had! :)

I believe it’s either one of these two options (don’t know it out of my head right now) Hover your mouse over the area where you want to zoom in (it will zoom in on the point where the cursor is; I believe that’s the one) or if you‘ve zoomed in you can click and hold the mousewheel while dragging across the frame (but I think option 1 is the correct answer, but as I said, I can’t remember it exactly out of my head right now - I‘ll try that later and get back to this comment then, to let you know exactly) ! :)

Reducing blur gives you much natural sharpening, compared to the actual sharpening tool. Personally, i like reducing blur. You can try increasing Midtone detail after NR, and that also gives you a pleasing result.

@@liquaard2824 I would think... and what I do. it is the final touch so to speak... maybe I am wrong but adding before noise reduction just adds more "noise" that the NR will try to reduce vs end that overlays the effect. I actually have a final node named FINAL for things like that.

I rendered the videos with denoise and add the effect now afterwards. Because at the same time i cant add everything.

What’s the reasoning behind picking the frame number 1-5? Is it as simple as 1 is a light noise and 5 is the worst? Or is it something to do with how many frames from the surrounding image are taken for reference to clean it up?
