I've really settled in on sharpening along side reducing mid tone detail. It will sharpen up eyes and things you want but leave hair, and skin soft. Like -25 midtone and -46-48 sharping.

I believe it’s either one of these two options (don’t know it out of my head right now) Hover your mouse over the area where you want to zoom in (it will zoom in on the point where the cursor is; I believe that’s the one) or if you‘ve zoomed in you can click and hold the mousewheel while dragging across the frame (but I think option 1 is the correct answer, but as I said, I can’t remember it exactly out of my head right now - I‘ll try that later and get back to this comment then, to let you know exactly) ! :)

What’s the reasoning behind picking the frame number 1-5? Is it as simple as 1 is a light noise and 5 is the worst? Or is it something to do with how many frames from the surrounding image are taken for reference to clean it up?
@MarKus-sq7wy

It's B: How many frames in a row should be compared to remove the noise. If there is less motion in the scene and you got a powerful gpu go ahead and pick 5 frames.

Also, I help people easily change the root muscle tension holdings that boil over as that ulnar nerve related hand problem that you've got. I see in your videos you have a postural twist. It teach a gentle type of movement that lets you get unstuck from how your brain is holding you in tightness. Three of my videos (from super gentle to more powerful) to help you brain let you relax out of the twist. 1) *Gentle Torso Twisting Washrag for people with chronic pain* 10m:52s kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpzIp3t3rtZ0e5Y 2) *Sunrise, Sunset + The X of the Front | OPEN your torso, AWAKEN your Twist, FREE your breathing* 12m:04s This movement helps you awaken the long front diagonals of the torso, the diagonals of twist and breathing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pnTEY6KGjdWHZ6M 3) *The Amplified Angel Wing.* Free your torso twist with this advanced pandiculation If it is hard to do on your elbow, try it with a straight arm to the floor. I do this one often. 4m:56s kzbin.info/www/bejne/eICmeqmLjql9atk Your nervous system is running the muscles that are making your problem. Teach the nervous system. (You may have more than a twist.
