Thank you for this usefull video. But I' ve a question. What about the gamma 2,2 for WEB? When I deliver a video for the web I use color space transform to pass from gamma 2,4 to Gamma 2,2. I'm very surprised you don't talk about that???

If I'm using a BENQ 3225U monitor, which setting do you recommend I use when colorgrading videos for KZbin and social media? This BENQ monitor gives me multiple options: Rec709, SRGB, P3, MacBook, etc. What do you recommend? And would I need to change my color space settings in Davinci for each one of these options differently?

I watched the whole video to learn last step in the export process. Set color space tag Rec.709 and gamma tag sRGB to not see gamma ship in QuickTime.

Hey! Just wondering the reason behind having to set Lum Mix to 0.0 is needed when setting Gamma to Linear?

It's interesting how promoting your own product is less accepted than promoting some other company's product. I am saying it is interesting because I can feel it too. When I see people pitch some sponsor's stuff, I am slightly annoyed, but I accept it. But when people pitch their own stuff I immediately feel more adverse to it. I don't know why we humans don't like it when others self-promote. But the way you bring it up here, I realize that you are very right, and I will from now on be more annoyed by people promoting sponsors than those promoting their own products.

everytime I have used an external drive to make a library it has screwed me royally. The drive assignments can change and I can't tell you how many times I've gotten the "library cannot be found" error that is an absolute catastrophy

I would like to see, how to balance a V-Log shot when it is bright, like "exposed to the right". If I shoot in a bright sunlight, It's falling apart even when it's in 10 bit and not clipping.
