Imagine you are an Azeri or Turkish living in CA and find yourself in her court room. What are the chances you will receive justice? Imagine if the other party to the case is Armenian. Which party do you think she will be more lenient on? You would be within your rights to request another judge if you end up in front of her. Excuse me madam, I do not recall Aliyev going through any trial and receiving a conviction. I thought here in America everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty, which no court has done so regarding Aliyev yet. I guess one should not expect that constitutional principal, which you have sworn to, be upheld in court rooms where you preside. It is one thing for you to say “we believe Aliyev is such and such”. It is another thing to say “he is such and such”. Here in America the accused have a right to face his accusers and have their day in court. You are a judge and only a judge, and you should be well aware of the constitution, yet here you are acting as jury and executioner as well. Where is her ethics and professionalism?
