So to unleash the weapons he possessed on a female, REGARDLESS OF HER HISTORY OR WHAT SHE MAY HAVE DONE TO PROVOKE HIM...Is just unforgivable. A MAN learns how to remove himself from situations like that and understands that to continue allowing people in their life that may trigger his capability to inflict personal injury on them, is something that should be atop his daily priority list. NO EXCUSES. He deserves whatever punishment he has gotten and should accept it.....and make the most of whatever life he may salvage after fulfilling his punishment. For every decision made in life there are consequences..........and failure to accept them and learn from those consequences would be the greatest tragedy in situations such as this.

The hole is nothing but the same cell that you would be in, but you're not allowed out of it 23 hours a day. You can see the other prisoners, judging on the angle of your cell, see the same tv they watch in the dayroom, and it's no different than being in jail, except that they do not unlock your door. You get let out of your cell opposite the time they let everyone else out - it's simply so you do not interact with each other without a locked door between you. The same thing is protective custody - which is what it really is. That's why they put "celebs" in it.

Good interview. Ariel wasn't a passive-aggressive punk, and Jon seems like a cool dude. I hope things work out for him and he walks away from future bar fights. Just not worth it.

Ariel Helwani to me is one of the best MMA interviewers but if I would change one thing it would be his theme music. Overall he gets an grade of A.

You'd think after reading 100+ books in the slammer, he'd come out at least a tad more articulate. Notwithstanding, he's a young baddass who's defeated the toughest men on the planet, and banged the sexiest women on the planet, so I guess it doesn't matter.

The guy obviously had mental problems that weren't properly addressed, which led him deeper and deeper into the abyss.

I wonder why some people feel the need to be mean all the time, if you don't like somebody, just ignore the person and move on...
