There are so many different reports of what actually occurred. I believe they were actually broken up when this happened as you said but he still had a key to her house. He let himself in. I also think that even though their relationship was no longer in the official boyfriend/girlfriend stage, they were still messing around because there are reports that an hour before he got to her house that night she sent him a text message of a nude photo of herself. I do not believe that she expected him to be in town that day according to some reports that I’ve read. According to the testimony at trial of how much he used to beat her, there’s no way she would have had a man in her bed knowing he still had a key to her place and believing he was in the area. Whatever the real nature of their relationship doesn’t matter honestly. They could have been married and it still doesn’t warrant the beating she sustained...not saying that you were implying anything like that. He was an unstable monster who witnessed his father die in front of him at a young age so he had some serious demons. The steroids didn’t help. He clearly needed counseling and so did she for staying after all the many beatings he gave her. Two very toxic people who shouldn’t have been in a relationship with each other. Sad story all the way around.

@@andreweckert3369 You must not have read my comment or you didn’t understand it or you did understand it and you’re purposefully ignoring most of what I said and focusing on a few words in order to make a disgusting point that I in some way blamed her for what happened to her. What I will say is that you are definitely incorrect that someone who is the victim of a crime cannot be responsible for why that crime happened to them. That’s not what happened in this case but victims can and sometimes should be blamed for what they got themselves involved in. For example, if man raped a 5 year old girl and her dad finds him and kills him it’s the rapists fault alone as to what happened to him. In that scenario the victim was the soul cause and the person responsible for the why he was killed. What I will also say is that I did not blame the victim here. What I did was state the facts as I heard them in several news articles. Explaining the reason why something happened is not the same as trying to excuse it…it’s just providing the reason why. There’s a difference. In my original comment I said whatever the real nature of their relationship doesn’t matter. Whether they were still together or not doesn’t warrant the beating she sustained. The man was trained to fight, was juiced up on steroids which are known to cause people to explode in fits of rage and he’s been hit in the head repeatedly for several years as well. It was a recipe for disaster. Being disingenuous and ignoring the totality of my comment in order to key in to a few phrases of me stating what occurred in order to paint me as trying to blame the victim is gross.

Dunno why “she’s cheating on him!” dumb comments keep popping up. First of all, she’s not, they already broke up. Second, that pos constantly beat her up in their toxic relationship. If they were married, she has every right to file for divorce as soon as he put his hand on her to harm her. Ie don’t get mad if she’s cheating if you treat her less than garbage. That’s right I APPROVE HER CHEATING ON THAT POS.

Alot of guys are saying he should not have received 36 years for this crime. Maybe he wasn't going to kill her. Maybe he didnt try to rape her. However, he literally tweeted and bragged about raping her in the past. He deleted it and said it was a joke but did not come out with a statement clearing things up about their "consensual rape agreement". He made and wore shirts that said "real men rape". Maybe he didn't rape her that night but I beleive her when she explained how he raped her in the past. Even if he never raped anyone.....his brand of clothing he created was literally endorsing the idea its ok for men to rape. Also i don't think his sentence was just about punishment for this attack. Chrissy really felt if he had gotten out after 3-5 years he would attempt to come back and kill her and i see that as a real possibility. He already served prison time for a different assault. It didnt change him for the better. If he got out in 5 years he would go back to attacking everyone and anything that pissed him off no matter how small. The judge has to take into account the safety of the general public. If he had only gotten 10 years he would have likely moved into his new wifes place and probably started beating her or her child. Those types of deap rooted anger issues to women aren't treated in prison. He is where he needs to be. Not just justice for chrissy but justice to all the men and multiple women he has violently assaulted (not just porn stars who some people think deserve it) and to protect the public and any future women he would date. He may get out at 71 where he wont be a threat. 36 years to life is perfect IMO.

I've followed the story a bit 4-5 years ago, not really knowing who's the guy. Then I started watching TUF recently and I got to season 6, not being aware it's him, up until someone in the house said "War Machine" and then it clicked to me. I remembered what he looked like and connected it with the face in the house. He seemed like a decent guy, not causing trouble, supporting his teammates, consoling them, you know, he was even crying, showing that soft side of the notorious "War Machine". Later he did that "upper decker" shit and also Matt Serra said, while preparing him for a fight, that he has all the physical attributes, but he is not mentally there. He thinks that the entire world is against him, he embraces the mentality of a victim, etc. In retrospect, Matt Serra gave a correct analysis of War Machine. I mean, dude was wearing a belt made of bullets on the airport, like Joe Rogan often says, who the fuck does that. It was obvious he was somewhat crazy. I really felt sorry for him when he said that he doesn't have parents, that he witnessed his dad's death and even tried unsuccessfully to give him CPR and revive him at the age of 13. His mother was a drug user, his step-dad was also a junkie who wasted the entire savings for his college that his father was saving for him. I really sympathized with him. Then after the TUF, he legally changed his name to War Machine, again, who the fuck does that. Soon after TUF he also went into the porn industry. It was like one wrong decision after the other. It's there where he met his pornstar girlfriend. He also had some sexual assault charges, I don't know what's that about. The guy went completely off the trail. I don't know what all the 29 charges are, but damn, that's a wasted life because of a hooker. He could've been a UFC champion one day perhaps or at least make a good living. He could've released his aggression in the training and inside the octagon, but he simply couldn't control his temper. Steroids don't transform you into a violent person. They just enhance the things and predispositions that you already have within you. And he had a lot of anger and suppressed feelings inside of him. Shame. I hope he is at least doing well in prison. I saw that he has a wife and a child now, I sincerely hope that he has transformed himself and that he can finally find peace.

Oh my god. You're sympathizing with a horrible woman abuser and violent criminal. He has gotten arrested many times for getting into street fights. He dates a porn star not a fucking hooker (plus that would make him a hooker anyway) and beat the shit out of her all the time when they dated until she left him.
