That’s a pretty good excuse but the I think the fact that he knew it was war of the roses says a lot. And who knows if he’s really gonna give her his phone? He’ll either erase everything or not give it to her at all. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice (you know the rest lol)

I think he is cheating. He knew he was on war of the roses and was all cheery about it and called you guys out way too fast. I think he is using the jail excuse as the perfect cover. Giving bianca his phone isnt going to help because he doesnt need it if hes with the girl hes cheating with. Also he can erase everything. I wouldnt have peace of mind with just having his phone.
