If you move ships in to raid supply convoys, what happens next round if you leave your raiding ships there? Do you continue raiding each turn until someone comes and forces you back?

Yes. Each round if there are no enemies present you may raid.

Yes, you may raid once each successive round as long as no enemy units (besides Troop transports) are present.

Do carrier fighter losses get counted as casualties for morale?
