Funny Mistborn era 2 story. We met Sanderson when I worked the Towers of Midnight book tour. During the meet and great for the volunteers, Sanderson asked me about our kids. He really liked our oldest child’s name, well commented that it was a good name at least. Fast forward to Alloy of Law release. There’s my son’s name in the first chapter (I think it’s the first chapter...). Anyway. He’s a bad guy who dies right away. Lol In no way can I say Sanderson intentionally used Donal’s name... but it’s there. 😄

Beautiful book and a beautiful story, Warbreaker deserves more love, that’s a wonderful thing Sanderson has done releasing these, wish more authors did this kind of thing ( Steven Erikson! )

I just wish Malazan had done a re-release. I feel like its popularity has only grown and those hardcovers were really rare and, in most cases, too pricey to collect.

More Sanderson content please! I plan on reading Mistborn Era One this winter/spring. So a video would be great to go along with my reading. Also the Warbreaker story is one of my favorite books.

Oh, it's happening. The problem was that this channel launched off of my Wheel of Time project and I just kind of focused on that and First Law at first. I always had plans to do more Sanderson stuff and then Witcher cut in line. But 2020 is going to be the year of Lord Ruler by the end of it here.

You're going to love that story. I actually only read the free online version before final edits, so I should read the real book sometime! And if you want an amazing Lord of the Rings, buy the Alan Lee illustrated hardcover box set. I have it and it is amazing. I'd say it's the equivalent to this, minus the leather.

I have the 50th anniversary LotR edition. I love it. But it doesn't have a ton of artwork in it.

If you can place it on a desk or table. I read it at my office desk. It’s too heavy to hold up and read for long periods of time. At least it was for me, but I got them wimpy arms ha ha

This sounds more accurate. I think I took it as him saying it would be $250 and then there would be 2 volumes. $250 total sounds way more feasible.

2 volumes means the price will be doubles. So Sanderson is estimating $250. We’ll know more when the Kickstarter happens. But I’d plan on at least the $250

I like the book to look as clean as possible and was afraid the number would be put on the outside of the book. I misunderstood. He was saying $250 for the whole thing. I thought he said $250 AND it would be 2 volumes. At $250 each.
