We need to quit this argument that coaches wouldn’t want to come here. These guys know the industry and what they got into. If a job is a good job they’ll take the opportunity anyway. You can’t think that you’ll only be there a year and have to leave because that could happen anyway. Let’s say the program was good and seemed stable and you come here. The coach might get poached to a bigger job and you’re done in a year anyway! lol! Just go after the best guys you think are out there, they’ll come for the right conditions. Same with portal players. It’s not the end of the world.

I’ve never been super high on norvell’s offense since he’s been here. Even last year it just doesn’t make sense as to why the offense wasn’t more productive given the talent (health taken into consideration). More so his passing game is always inconsistent it seems. But I’m not out on him. As far as the OL I’m done with it tbh doesn’t make sense at all. Diversity in passing game and fixing the offensive line is too priority imo

I hate this team I hate the coaches. I sit here drinking whiskey after zercher squatting 455 lbs and I can’t even be happy. Hit a huge pr but yet this team has robbed me of all happiness in everything bc we’re the worst team I’ve ever been alive to see and literally the worst team in all of college football.
