While Rend and Maim and their clan were indeed dispatched to deal with Gul'dan, Zuluhead was not. I'm sure I'm misremembering, but I'm not sure anyone else was sent with them. Something I forgot to mention on the previous video was the death knights, and Gorefiend, stayed loyal to the Horde. Ogrim questioned Teron what he would do, and whether out of true loyalty or knowing whst would happen otherwise, Teron said Guldan had betrayed the Horde but he would not. Drak'thul would remain on thst isle for decades, haunted by the ghosts of the orce he betrayed. Another great recreation of a classic cinematic. While inside... Well, I'm sure we'll see. Wow. Lore dump. So, the sister mentioned was named Griselda, Blackhands daughter who pursued a relationship with an ogre despite her father's wishes and he ordered the player (technically Doomhammer) to hunt her down and kill her. The Blackhand brothers were indeed magically aged as well, when the Horde needed more warriors for the war on Draenor the warlocks used fel magic to age up a number of orcish kids to add to their armies. On the topic of old gods, there's a quest in Shadowmoon Valley where you see and stop a number if the aarakokra from summoning something that uses C'thun's model. It's been a point of speculation for a while that even Draenor had its own old gods, or they were somehow linked. Cho'gal would indeed survive, and the scar seen on his belly in Cataclysm is the wound he sudtained here. Interestingly, his mutstions would actually come later in canon, blessings from the old gods as he worked against the new guardian Med'an.... But, guven that's Med'an canon, I'm okay with this change. I can't wait to see what happens next.

@@kiennguyentrong1897 Cho'gall is a powerful mage, plus a strong melee warrior, but not enough to defeat two stronger melee fighters, I guess. Cho'Gall's transformation isn't quite lore-accurate, though. At this point of the timeline, he shouldn't have any relationships with the Old Gods. Not yet, at least. I hope this campaign concludes with the original (albeit non-canonical) ending, where the Horde wins the war and conquers the whole continent.
@DIEGhostfish8 ай бұрын
Originally it seemed to be Cho'Gal turned to the old gods after Rend and Maim almost killed him. But WoD and Chronicle had him serving the Void Lords, the power behind the Old Gods since his time on Draenor. In fact they had him reach out to the various Old God servants and... basically negotiated a lease of Blackrock Spire from Ragnaros. I'm not 100% in favor of this lore, I actually hate the Void Lords being the power behind the Old Gods, but having hi somewhat connected to them works okay.
