I'm a SC2 player and I'm waiting for each of your casts, even Liking them before the page had even loaded, but I pretty much enjoy watching these WC3 casts too. I've played WC3 like 10-20 times... I'm very far from good but I know what's goin' on for me to enjoy watching these vids you upload from time to time. Thank you!

even though i play sc2 & never much online wc3 it is still a lot of fun to watch. the micro these guys have is really good. Crota you are the only person i know of that casts these, i think you should do more. you obviously have a solid understanding of what is going on in this game.

i actually liked the music volume, made the cast sound more dramatic and entertaining lol. at the beginning it seemed almost louder than crota but as the game went on it balanced out very nicely. and i'd also love to see more wc3 vids from you, crota xD.

SC2 is like soccer... long time to build up, long term positioning, and one final moment of climax that determines the game. WC3 is like basketball... constant engagement, swings back and forth, until one side loses steam and gets dominated... both are equally fun to watch :)

Grubby is so good, his control is off this world. I played warcraft 3 for years and I recently switched to starcraft 2. I miss micromanagement as seen in this replay in starcraft 2. As opposed to what day9 said, micro CAN in the end beat macro. Look at some of the MadFrog games, he used to be the best warcraft player in the world and his games are full of awesome micro tricks. Insane micro just makes me happy :)

@RuckaInc I think blade master is a strategic choice. First he can disapear then harass the opposant base or steal creep and item. Second, he got the critical strike passive skill give him really nice dammage per second. Finally, he can control the map easly when he is lvl 3 cause he got more rapidity even if you have no boots of speed. However, i did ever saw grubby takes far seer versus a human player.

@RuckaInc shadow hunter: heal only keeps unit alive and you can do the same thing with salves, wards are easy to dodge/kill, hex isnt terrible effective early game if you can't deal a lot of damage to the hexed unit tauren chieftan: not as good a choice as bm as both damage spells depend on the enemy having a lot of units. far seer: good choice as first hero but ends up being tricky to use later. if you go wolves first you get quick cheap units now but you wont be getting chain lighting later

w/ spiritlink it will distribute some damage to them, so other unit will survive longer. it's also a source of dps. they make a difference in high level game.

@MrLinder talons is just the best choice against orc, cuz the magic damage is good against all the heavy armor, and the cyclone works best cuz orc tends to have beefier units, but less of them than other races

the time i played wc3 was very great.. i don´t know that grubby is still playing it, i was playing orc, too and he was my hero :D i think, it´s crazy.. i mean.. this games is/was so old and it´s still played.. hell.. 2011 is Diablo 3 comming.. and i don´t have to tell you how old diablo 2 is :D blizzard makes a great job and not one game of the sortiment is gettin´ "not played" or "unfamous".. hell

@RuckaInc most 1v1 matches demand a hero thats good at sniping other heros because early game is largely determined by who has the strongest heros. ne has demon hunter, which can use mana burn and negate other heros spells and has a powerful melee attack on top of that. undead have the dk which has death coil, also good for sniping units, human have mt king with storm bolt, again good for sniping. of course is a generalization but the other heros are kind of useless early game examples:

@Sickan Its mostly the graphic card that is the problem of laptops for sc2. Most have an Onboard graphic card and are unable to exchange for a better one because of that. Playing an RTS without a really good FPS isnt really worth it.

WC3 is so fun if both players or teams are good but that rarely happens. Usually when I play WC team games there will always be leavers/noobs/tkers to ruin your chances of winning.

We are used to see the "good guys" roflstomp the baddies in every serie/movie, so that translates to the games too. @jmgears Starcraft II. This. DotA isn't an RTS. It's a good game though. Depends on how much you like microing heroes. Not at all=SCII, some=WC3, every second of every game=DotA.

If u have a intergrated graphic card it's gonna be hell to play it. was over exaggerating to get my point through, sc2 dosent require that good of a computer, sure a laptop from 05 could play it but depends on what kind of laptop as u say, it's case to case basis.

druids of talon are the main units when it comes to mass cyclone, which had been quite an effective strategy against most orcs in those days... grubby was one of the few who can manage to pull that off.
