Questions: 1) You do not get the main rule book in the starter box? 2) I imagine the starting forces are balanced to each other. How does the bear fit in. Can you just replace one of the figures in the box to use him?

1) no, it's a cut down version. 2) Ish, he replaces the Northern Tribes character, but costs a little more.

Ti's the CB way. But we know we're getting releases every month for the foreseeable future. We also know that Warcrow Adventures will come with Scions. So... we know a bit.

I haven't seen the preorders go up for these yet. Are they going to be on the typical corvus belli store or are they going up for order somewhere else? I'd already loosely decided on Northern Tribes and Ahlwardt looks like an absolute beast

Depending on where you are, many stores have them up for pre order already. CCG winkel in the EU is awesome or warsen.al in the US. Good call on the Northern Tribes, Ice Bear is a total badass

Honestly, undecided. They're pretty, and it's gamers grass, so I'd be shocked if it wasn't good stuff. But if enough folks ask for it, we'll get one done.

That's an odd take. Warcrow is a new system, with new lore, new rules, new minis, new play styles, different mini scale, different game sizes, narrative focus... and with some really interesting approaches to the different races. There's a lot to love here. But that's not just true of Warcrow, that's true of the world beyond GW. If your local stores are only selling GW, I'd recommend you take the time to look beyond them and try some other systems. There's a whole world of systems out there, many, many of which are well worth your time and love!

Well, the whole range is going to be thermoplastic so... but, it's good thermoplastic, so far, I am impressed.

@@thedicegodswgyep until u have to clean it it looks good sure but for 200 euros for main box + book, metal would have been preferable let’s put it this way. Anyway Adventures has pvc minis for example which is still better than siocast so we’ll see whether the entire line is siicast… not at the moment.

That's not my experience. It's a nice system, well worth your time. As ever, there's a learning curve, but nothing too scary.
