The create upgrade is so convienient because you can make another upgrade without having to code an entire thing. Good tutorial!

Thanks a lot! Just when i needed a clicker game idea! Im making a pizza clicker game, but when you buy an upgrade, for example: If i buy the pepperoni pizza upgrade i get +1/PPC, and the pizza that you click on get pepperonis on it! Hey! I really loved your Racing Game tutorial, could you make a remastered version of that too? Possibly with Particles and collision with buildings? This would make my life dude, I have been making games off of your racing engine since it came out and they just keep getting better, but they can't get better without collisions or fancy effects

no thats the thumbnail for the game, you can easily make one by doing When FLAG clicked, go to X: 0, Y: 0, Hide and then manually showing it when you save your project

It’s a very good tutorial, but the buying the upgrade part is so much more complicated that it needs to be. I used this as a tutorial but then shortened it down to how my other sprites that were the upgrades (I was using upgrades as buffs for the structures which were his upgrades) and ended up shortening the code deleting almost everything. I used When this sprite clicked, if tacos is lower than the cost of the upgrade variable, then nothing, else change then what ever I needed to change, and I was able to delete every custom block because it was just so unnecessary, turning all of that code to about 1 third of how much code he wrote, and then re writing a half of that.

If you mean that the color value should take over the same value as a variable: Set color effect to [variable] If you mean that a variable should take over the value of the color of a sprite you need a second variable: Set [second variable] to [color that you want] Set color effect to [second variable] Set [variable] to [second variable] I think this should work.

What your gonna want to do is make a 2nd create upgrade block, and set the Y position for the 2nd block to be lower than the 1st custom blocks Y, then make createupgrade2 have its own upgrades seperate from the original create upgrade
