It’s an ok build for beginners but no where near meta. Riven isn’t Groll and magister mods can be configured a lot better. I max out damage at 2.1 billion and with negative identifier. Check out GAZ TV on his khora build, he shares a better build.

@Shocefire to be fair, most "end game builds" utilize shield gating, but this build mostly sustains through the wyrm who's only real purpose is handling your shield gating and refreshing for you. A much more "hands off" shield gate, which works for me as I get focused on destroying enemies and watching big numbers and forget about my defenses a lot, so I work well with passive defense builds

I definitely dig your setup, and this is a very good video covering it! Given that you have so much combo sustain between Naramon and Primary Dexterity, I think Secondary Dexterity might actually be overkill: It should be worth experimenting with Secondary Fortifier instead. In my experience even for a non-damage-built weapon like Grimoire you still shred Overguard apart, getting a huge extra survivability layer and exposing enemies to Khora's control tools.

@@Ariamaki ultimately I use this build in a lot of various situations, and tried to convey in the video that a lot of it is flexible. For me, I'll often run a different focus school when doing endless runs, either for more energy with zenurik or for downing thrax faster with madurai. That's what I change out, but many parts of this could be adjusted for your own personal playstyle, depending on how attentive you want to be for each mission type.

most profits in khora's stat stick riven is a dmg + cc, less of that is cd + dmg and the most useless is cc + cd. You will have already enough cd from arcane and shards + cd from stacking cc chance. On 500 cc you'll have additional 5х multiplier to your final cd. On my riven i have 320% cc and around 270 dmg increase with this stats and others cd bonuses which provides by shards and arcane i have 117.2x cd multiplier on my khora whip on full combo. Full combo easy to stack with rauta shotgun which gives additional combo counter after landing a shot to the enemy. So that is the point to run with more сс. Better variant of building magistar is 2 umbra mods 2 cd mods blood rush and rad dmg without status chance + riven with cc and dmg only with any minus. All that stuff in my build gives me 500% cc and 117.2x cd on full combo.

@andresjimenez9057 the Khora farming build is at 2:46 and everything as far as weapons etc I don't change. I just swap the configuration over to the farming one that has more range and runs pilfering strangledome. I have voruna's ability subsumed on that configuration instead of nourish but that's really just because I had it on there from an old build. Nourish would work fine and likely be better in that configuration as well.

@@painoficarus a Zaw for Khora would be no different than any other normal weapon and not all that good. The stats of the weapon itself do not affect pseudo exalted weapons, only the certain mods on them and enhancements from things such as incarnon evolutions. As far as proccing things like archon mods, her whip can absolutely do that as it's an ability, and it can also proc melee arcanes such as the one used in this video

@madking-ip2yr organ shatter would be the default mod in this spot, the Riven of course would add extra, but if you don't have that then the extra crit damage from Organ Shatter is what you would want

I got a build with pretty much the same setup but way more dmg output in red crits and 3 normal violet and 2 tau crimson plus magnus aggress and nourish n the dmg goes upto 50 mil sometimes but on avg it's over 10 mil

@salildixit2165 I'm not sure how that's "way more damage" by any means. The gameplay at the end around the time of the acolyte is the damage output after stacks are built on augmented and the combo counter. Also keep in mind the damage is going to vary by what specific type of enemy each enemy is because they are level 200+ in most of the video and there is no armor stripping with this build. The average damage she does against 200+ enemies ranges from 30-60M per hit, and she lands quite a few over 250M. I've taken this build to level cap with no issues 🙂

I hadn't really explored the option as honestly my Khora and Titania are the only ones I figure anyone would think are decent looking haha. I can tell you offhand Khora is a tennogen skin with the prime parts turned on, and mostly just the Riv armor pieces

@crazyguy68 the same concept would apply of stacking crit and crit damage and base damage. What ceramic dagger would offer is the incarnon perk allowing you to build initial combo to keep your blood rush and gladiators might stacked up at max with little to no effort once it's there. You'd have to start each mission killing things with your primary to build it up, so choose a primary that could get stuff fast like the Glaxion or Torid, or something AoE oriented to get as many kills as possible as fast as possible to start using whipclaw. You could also ditch the primary dexterity in favor of something like primary merciless to help that primary weapon work faster. I haven't specifically tested the ceramic dagger, on paper it would have less overall crit damage than the magistar incarnon, but would work better in most missions.than a regular mace or sword. I would swap magus aggress out for something utility oriented if that's the route you go, what it is specifically would be up to you. Aggress is really the only one that would boost khora's damage a ton so anything else would just be personal preference to keep you alive or get you out of occasional tricky situations

@Chinoam3 significant damage increase from the magistar due to its incarnon perks. Dagger will bypass needing to build up combo the first minute or so of the fight buy that's about it. Also can't use magus aggress with the dagger. In total it's at minimum a 400% crit damage loss

This is an awesome build! Quick question: You said the red archon shards provide crit chance, not crit damage. When I hover over a red archon shard it shows, Melee crit damage, the same as it shows for a purple archon shard. Is that something the devs need to reword or did they change it recently?

hey i just started working on this build a few hours ago, and it's almost complete, the only question i have is the magistar incarnon required? its the only one out of week 4 that i don't have. i do have ceramic dagger incarnon, just wondering if it would be more useful to use magistar in the mean time just to have the uptime on magus aggress for the extra c.d

@cranberrieee the magistar incarnon itself provides a large crit damage and base damage buff. The Ceramic Dagger would show a mild advantage in long missions with minimal enemy spawn, such as a normal star chart defense, where you could kill the first hundred or so enemies to get stacks up on it and then have a permanent combo up, but you'd also have to swap out your aura to ready steel or whatever for more initial combo so you could get ceramic dagger up to 12x permanent combo. In any mission where enemy density isn't an issue, Naramon focus school and the primary/secondary dexterity arcanes should let you keep your 12x combo once you build it up. In short - Magistar Incarnon offers the most to a build like this, you would need to build specifically for the ceramic dagger to get the most out of it. I would argue that in most missions a non incarnon magistar would be better on this build just for the permanent 300% crit damage from Magus Aggress

@ineffable1318 you do not need to activate it. Much like once you've unlocked the evolution bonus on evolution 4 for the magistar for example, you can see it add its bonuses in your paper damage on the magistar itself. Those same bonuses apply to pseudo exalted weapons which have their own base stats. Khora's whip stats are mentioned in the video, and it's a rather simplistic add on, but some of them like Gara's pseudo exalted have a 0% stat, and the incarnon bonuses add to BASE stats, changing zeros into the added bonus. For example IF khora's whip had a base crit chance of 0%, simply equipping the incarnon magistar in the video would boost that base crit chance to 16% and allowing it to crit when previously it couldn't. Khora's whip however already has a 25% base crit chance, so adding the 16% gives her whip a base 41% crit chance, which is crazy. Sorry, that was a lot of overexplanation to say you do NOT need to activate the incarnon mode, because the stats bonuses apply directly to the weapon in non-incarnon form.

Would the build work the same if I used lycath’s hunt instead? A bit conflicted on whether I should use lycath’s or nourish as I’ve been getting mixed feedback.

It would lose a chunk of damage that Nourish provides via the viral procs and added viral damage. I run lycath's on my loot configuration, but you also need a good way of getting 6 status effects on the enemy and this build can really only consistently proc viral, corrosive, and radiation most of the time. You'd need a primer either in the form of a Diriga or something like the phantasma as your primary to proc enough status effects.

@stasencumateu2501 the Rauta is a primary and wouldn't replace the grimoire. In theory you could run both if you wanted, but I've found Khora to get to max combo quickly and between the dexterity arcanes and or naramon she keeps it up there with no issue, so the Rauta felt like a waste of a spot that could go for something to take out things that were immune to her whip

@@kaiallard-liao5786 I could have leveled it more, but not everyone has the endo or credits, and this video is also about taking the processes and applying them to what you DO have, so I made a note that you only needed it leveled up enough to break the 50% crit chance point on Venari. It CAN be higher level it just doesn't NEED to be. The reason MINE is not leveled up is simply because it's low on the priority list of mods to max given that neither Venari nor any other pet give out enough damage even with it maxed to be noticeable, and the difference between a rank 6 and a rank 10 of bite doesn't make any other pet Crack that 50% cc mark, so the effective use of Bite is limited to around rank 5 or 6 in my opinion. Hope that answers the question :)

@albedo4368 the glaive prime would be literally no different than any other non-heavy sword/mace weapon, as the stats of the weapon do not transfer to her pseudo-exalted whip. The things to look for in her stat sticks are: 1. Does incarnon form give base stat buffs (damage, crit chance, crit damage, etc) 2. Is it a two handed hammer or sword to make use of magus aggress and the 300% crit damage 3. Does it have a bonus trait that may affect the pseudo exalted Glaive prime is a great melee weapon because of its stances, range, and ability to force proc slash, things like that and none of those things will transfer to Khora's whip. Sorry, that was long but I hope it helps!

@painoficarus the biggest thing the incarnon gives is that it's bonuses apply their bonus to the base stats of Khora's whip. So with the Magistar incarnon for example the 16% base crit chance from its 4th evolution is added to the base crit chance of the whip (25%) for a total of 41% base crit which THEN gets multiplied by all the mods on the weapon that affect her stats such as Blood Rush and Gladiator's might. This is what puts Khora into the permanent red crit territory. The +1x final crit multiplier is also added onto the whip, giving her a staggering increase in crit damage that you can only get from that specific incarnon. In case I misunderstood your question and to clarify, you do not ever need to actually activate the incarnon mode in a mission to get the relevant bonuses you need for your whip. The benefits that apply to the weapon prior to activation are generally the ones that apply to her whip.

@BDrumev001 You're entitled to your opinion of course, but clearly you did not watch the video as almost every hit in there is a minimum of 14M and many over 80M. Khora also ramps her damage up via Accumulating Whipclaw, which is reset every time you hit less than 3 enemies with a whip, which I don't particularly put effort into in anything under level 1000 because she Wipes it off the map anyhow. The sentinels in here of course have damage mitigation which affects the numbers you see depending on the order in which you hit them. Hope that clears things up for you :)
