Wisp gets 3sec of immortality when teleporting with wil-o-wisp. If you teleport on the spot it's effectively better than cat shield gating.

@@andrewvazquez9557 i have a recommendation as a Harrow main for SP Cascade and Level Cap, use Pillage instead of Condemn, you will lose crowd control but will gain instant shield regeneration if used correctly and Armor Strip, build for +200% strength and duration, range and efficiency doesn’t matter because Pillage AoE grows overtime and with thurible you have ridiculous amounts of energy regen, and since Pillage is uncastable you can use it to have shields on demand as long as you have it constantly running, which works perfect for shieldgating, the only big flaw is that it requires enemies with armor to get shields and if you strip all your enemies of it you will be in deep trouble, but that rarely happens unless you dont kill enemies at all.

Wukong definitely is in the nerf tier for void cascade. Slam wukong with damage cap geared for energy efficiency and roar basically leaves Wukong immortal and can one shot level cap thralls. Not to mention having the best movement ability in the game to reach the next point.

I wish we could petition for passive reworks. I have 70% playrate on Excal over 8~ish years and the overguard on kill is perfection. I'd say make it on "Ability kill" and make it to where it scaled with str. 15 ~ 20 base and scaled up to 45 ~ 60 with str buffs. That is not broken and makes sense for a frame like him, idk why they haven't reworked A LOT of passives like this

I'm always happy seeing my main garuda high up on lists, because i truly believe she’s one of the best frames in the game by sheer versatility alone. There’s only really one gamemode she’s not great in, with all the others she is either great, or excels. She’s never the best in any specific thing, but I can always count on her. She even has insane build variety, with her being able to take advantage of basically any subsume in the game, even less obvious ones such as expedite suffering as an example allowing her 4th ability to have infinite scaling damage. Even without the helminth, her second ability is decent and completely capable in more defensive based objectives where you stay in one general area. If I was forced to be only allowed to use one specific frame for the end of time, I’d happily use only garuda, and with how i have at least a 40% usage rate with garuda ever since 2022, with some points in time being over 50%,i think i am pretty close to that reality already lol.

For Nezha, I'd like to argue that if you went w/ a tank Nezha build with the Reaping Chakram augment, adaptation, and max strength, you could commit to single-target quite easily. His only issue is overguard, but that can be fixed with a Laetum that's arcaned with Secondary Fortifier (which gives himself an extra layer of defense, too). I personally haven't taken him to Level Cap yet with a tank strength build, but I've done EDA with it quite comfortably and still kill at a consistent rate, so that would probably bump his rank to somewhere along the High B tier at least. Other than that, I think your tier list for level cap is really cool! Kudos to you, man.

I think its important to understand the sorta damage enemies are doing at level cap- it doesnt matter if your damage reduction is as small as 99.99, enemies CAN kill you through damage reduction. Nezha with warding halo and adaptation is not NEARLY enough damage reduction to keep you from dying. Its exactly why shield gating is so valuable endgame because the actual invulnerability is what keeps you alive

I’m glad my boy Ash and Dante are up there! I just wish Excalibur had better survivability too. Normally you’d wanna use blind when dealing with eximus. Not because it affects eximus, but has you solely focus on them while everything else is blinded. Slash dash is basically free I-frame to health, which is absolutely amazing. You wanna use slash dash to close in on Eximus or tougher enemies to kill them quickly. His 3 is only ever good with augment, which sucks cuz you also need to run chromatic blade. That’s 2 slots just for is augments! Speaking of chromatic blade, the life steal should already be built into his kit. Kullervo with silence + glaive is stupid. Silence just helps stun enemies passively for 2-3 seconds (which by that time you killed everything). Not to mention it shuts down eximus abilities.

1:13:50 note: Revenant CAN do his Reave one shot thing (Kompressa is great at proccing viral procs)... ...BUT because Reave only scales with enemy health, has to eat through enemy Overguard FIRST, and that Overguard keeps scaling higher with enemy level, i don't think its possible to one shot any Thrax units even with max Strength. i don't run level cap, but while my Revenant can comfortably annhilate Thrax units up to like lvl 300 with a single hit, anything above that requires two Reave dashes (or for you to U-turn)

Nezha is great! The chakram vulnerability is extremely helpful to kill thrax on level cap. Staying alive is easy with the extra invulnerability period and he is pretty mobile too.

As a long-time Nezha main his placement doesn't surprise me at all. I don't do level cap stuff, and he is great in content all the way up to and past EDAs, but the few times that I got him on SP Circuit I could tell very quickly that he doesn't scale that well past level 1000 or so. Warding Halo basically stops working at that level, and his other abilities are reliant on either his new nuke or your weapons, and at that point you're better off using other frames. Unlike Rhino, even when you get millions of points in Warding Halo, the damage the enemies deal will kill you regardless because it's not a 100% reduction, and while he can heal with Blazing Chakram, it's more of a backup tool than something you want to rely on. Speaking of Blazing Chakram though, having a lot of power strength (as you should) and a subsumed Roar can give you an 8x+ damage multiplier to anything you point it at, which is cool, but like I said there are other ways of doing way more damage on frames that are better suited to surviving in that environment.

i've took nezha into some of the highish levels, and I found fortifier to pretty much be a cheat code for them. warding halo applies the 90% reduction to the overguard as well, which I don't recall happening on other frames with damage reduction abilities - I could be wrong about that though. I'm also not sure how it scales beyond like 3000, so whether it would still work for level cap i'm not sure

@@othila9902 Kullervo is a better all rounder since he has more survivability and more. but when it comes to raw damage Excalibur is much more powerful because of Furious Javelin, there is pretty much no cap to how much damage he can deal because it scales with enemy number and power strength. Even with 300% strength and getting super red crits with each hit Kullervo will still fall behind an Excalibur because excal has a once of the strongest final damage multipliers in the game.

Very good tierlist imo! I've been trying to make atlas work on levelcap with roar over his 2, and I finally got something to work somewhat consistently. If only his 1 would make him fully invincible during punches instead of only his health, and his 2 cost 50 instead of 75, he'd be so much easier to use. Right now he really needs either protective sling, which is a not ideal in void cascade, or a martyr devolution panzer to keep him from randomly getting oneshot if you run out of enemies.

You didn’t mention it in the video, but I love using dagath with a weapon platform build. Grave spirit and a damage buff helminth ability is great. With good damage, an armor stripping ability, and invincibility, I’m surprised she didn’t get into at least A tier. Loved the vid!

⁠@@keppochuppu300% Duration is an absolute game changer and with 2 Glaive throws your back invincible for 30 more seconds, and you can just get creative with the helminth, I usually go wrathful advance or nourish Also with the Augment removing doom is wayyyy better than removing wryd scythes because Wyrd Scythes is a good viral primer, Slow enemies significantly, and can still spread doom in 3.

@@keppochuppu yeah me too haha, my primary build i use eclipse over javelin, i dont use PSF and i use warrior's rest, whenever i'm about to get knocked down i slash dash to avoid it. eclipse is nice cuz i get 87-127% dmg or the 75% dmg reduction on top of adaptation and i use arcane blessing for more EHP, two purple melee crit dmg shards, 2 duration shards and a green tauforged corrosive stack shard.

I love Harrow as well, which makes me also sad. As you mentioned - amazing synergy. HOWEVER - if you are able to hit anything. If you have a Saryn with 2 villages range, as 90% of the players, you cannot hit any enemy, therefore you cannot buff, even you cannot survive sometimes (100lvl+ with Saryn/Mesa in the team). Considering cap level enemies, probably he can shine there.

Pretty awesome tier list, I love your boldness to see what can shine in a frame in the right scenario. I do think that you seemed to rate things higher on average as the video progressed and for frames you were the most familiar with. That makes sense but Baruuk is much stronger than you placed him even at level cap. Not the best but if built right he keeps up. Jade probably deserved to stay in S tier too because of her crazy amounts of heat procs, survivability, and how she makes most other frames better and more destructive. When you consider that she buffs ally damage in three ways (damage aura, defense strip, and vulnerability) she makes everyone else scale way higher while also holding her own. I think that’s at least S tier for support reasons.

I think your build ideas are quite neat! It really does seem like you've got very comfortable experience with a wide variety of these frames in void cascade/level cap. I will say, there are a couple of times where I'd argue you're neglecting other game systems like void keys for easier shield gateing and certain augments/setups for certain frames, but honestly? This is very well put together and you are quite thoughtful while making the list. I know a lot of people will sorta just dismiss this, but I really feel like you make your reasoning clear for a good amount of frames! Your build ideas are quite thoughtful and I'd love to hear more opinions or build ideas from you! I hope I'll see you in cascade one day or another ^^

I know MOST of the frames very well, some I havent invested much into, but the theory is still there so its fairly easy to judge where they would land As for void key shield gating- the mod catalyzing shields is better suited for shield gating since the void key will only grant you .33 seconds shield gate while catalyzing gives you 1.33

Since I almost exclusively play support frames, I'm really curious what your level-cap ideas for non-selfish support options in level cap runs. Particularly, what sort of builds were you thinking for Citrine, Jade, and Trinity? (Also harrow in nerf tier is inspired, I love using him for void cascade) As for the void key, I'd say that it particularly works for equinox (there may be other frames, but she's the one I have the most experience with). Catalyzing shields, though a better option on most frames, is actually worse for her since it takes up a mod slot + doesn't activate full cap with mend active. With a void key, she actually can reach max shield gate and get chip damage for her 3 augment. It's admitedly really niche, but for her specifically? It can make her particularly well suited to CC with silence subsume. Anyhow, thanks again for so many great ideas! I've been watching through your current videos and god I can't wait to try out Stayanax and tinker with your build.

A big complain I have is the Ranking of Jade. Since we are talking about lvl cap Void Cascade I don't understand why she is not SS since her 1 AND 2 both buff the Operators Amp Dmg for EVERYONE IN RANGE. Making lvl cap Thraxes look like trash fodder. I mean she is just made for this gamemode rly. Even if you don"t like her insanely strong kid somehow you cant denie that this ability alone should rank her in SS.

About the vauban, i think nourish is the superior subsume for him purely because the damage % buff applies multiplicatively on his flechettes, which is also multiplicatively buffed by his overdriver. You end up one shotting enemies in level cap easily with how much damage they do.

23:11 I agree!!!!!, excal is one of my favorite frames and I have tried to take it to lvl cap several times, I think the easiest way to survive is with the 4th ability. The other day I discovered that if I put heat on my 4th skill + roar and if I used heat inherith with my epitath mods you can do millions of heat dot damage on your 4th. chromatic blade+ heat inherith + archon health mod+ roar + furius javelin = millions of dot (in my test I would shoot epitath once or twice, then hit them with 2 or 3 hits from his 4th and then they received like 4 million heat dot, the enemies in my test were very low level to withstand more hits and see the dot limits of this synergy) this synergy uses no combo count, no red crits, no naramon to maintain combo, no BS. (And it's low invesment) This would let me deal damage to enemies at a high level and change naramon for vazarin and rolling guard (it is the safest way I have found to play excal) I could look for other unconventional and little-used ways to survive in excal... Could try use bloom, or some other hemith that people haven't discovered that works on him. (but I haf had this idea, so I haven't started). [I think some people have used Zata's Wisper to survive with the bubbles but it's very awkward and super clunky play style] but my favorite build is the 1st ability , the bad thing is that as soon as you finish the skill animation you die with 1 shot, you don't have time to use rolling guard or varazin. (you finish the animation and 0.1 seconds later they shoot you and you die with 1 shot) which is kind of sad since using his 1st ability with an icarnon let's you deal red crits and it's super fun (it's kind of sad that one of the funniest builds in this game it's useless against enemies level above 150, for what I explained before) If you read, ty for listening to my ted talk, this is really my favorite warframe. And I hope this helps other people with they're excals builds.

finally someone speaks about ember w breach surge lmao, add dual ichor and its nuts, theres a certain combo (breach - ult - ichor attacks) that if done in the right timing, it chunks enemies’ health, you just need to hit the ichor attacks before the meteorites land, incarnon form + naramon, a tennokai mod to not lose combo and melee influence give a better result, you can just spam attacks after casting her 4, you should try it, i have done some testing and thats just what i found

Hey for the acid reflux have you tried taking apple cider vinegar for it? Definitely a niche solution but for a lot of people apparently reflux is caused by naturally low stomach acid rather then the muscle weakening thing, so drinking about 30ml of apple cider vinegar watered down with like 5-10ml of water to make it swallowable, makes your stomach go like "oh hey, acid, we should close this sphincter". Make sure to wash your mouth out thoroughly afterwards so it doesn't eat away at your teeth, and there's a chance it could help you get off these medications that have horrible long term side effects

But I have a percriibed acid reducer that helps a TON It's not over the counter it's a pill with a crazy name but they don't have any side effects if you take them every other day I was just a dummy and missed a few days of the medication and ended up needing to double dose the day of the video so the hiccups were bad 😭

I will actually advocate for potentially putting Garuda up to SS since the 'everything' part she does well she can do with virtually nothing extra, and having the option to just delete an important target from 40% health remaining is pretty damn good. One could also make the argument that the mass set-and-forget armour strip Protea can do with the Temporal Erosion is also worthy of SS, but that requires using her base 4th which for some reason people hate, even though it gives you on demand invincibility and infinite energy. I guess it's a playstyle thing. Good content, hope your stomach settles down, hah.

Nyx ia a good warframe, everyone just get her wrong. Instead of building her around ult, you can concentrate on her 2nd and 3rd skill. 3rd skill has insane range and easily covers huge tilesets while 2nd skill casts so fast, casts while reloading, throws banshee stun and armor strip on nearby 9 enemies (with augment) and it even works on eximuses. Her shieldgate build is so fun

I think this video could have benefitted from a quick dry run, just to get a more clear outline of the placements. While a tier list like this only makes sense when viewed in context, with all the commentary provided, it's pretty big shift for the viewer when a frame like Ash jumps from A-tier to the front of SS. Otherwise, great video! To me, this shows that most of the cast is very viable in level cap content, which I'd agree with. My only contention with the final list is Ember over Frost (literally a one placement difference). They are both so similar imo with their overguard shield gating survivability, but I've struggled with damage on Ember.

@keppochuppu it is. Had the inkling for it when I had a strength invigoration one week, and then brought it to normal-week reality. If you full strip, you don't need priming to kill everything, since reave is %based true damage. I think the damage % the ability displays is applicable to enthralled targets, so you do still need a viral proc to one tap consistently, I think, but as I said.... just reave in a circle. I'm not sure how hard that is on PC, but for me, it's just hold the joystick to the left and enjoy all your hits. Some of these comments are awful. I don't assume you're taking them to heart, but I thought perhaps you just haven't labbed every potential build of every warframe 🙃 for me, Hildryn goes high A possibly S, but I thought it better to make an argument for that, rather than say you're bad lol

One thing many people know about Garuda is that some of her abilities scale with "weapon damage" buffs like roar, eclipse, or even nourish- causing them to inflict viral damage. Something people dont know, however, is that you can use arcane arachne and/or naramons lethal levitation to solo buff her damage. With arachne being 150% and levi being 200%, you get 350% base damage on garudas 1 and 4. Add in her 100% multiplicative damage buff passive and she deals 9x damage with her abilities, with her slash procs dealing 18x damage.

Oh, just got to Wukong, recently found that you can use cloud walker to cancel the slam recovery animation, and you can heavy slam out of cloud walker. Haven't tested the potential of the staff to actually deal slam damage. (Based zephyr placement)

very nice video. I was a little surprised to see equinox low but I was convinced. I run low duration terrify over her 1 in order to preserve my transference invulnerability. When my nuke kills everything I can focus on killing thrax without worry... I think my next run with rolling guard over redirection will be more comfortable but I still do see building charge being a problem

This tier list feels like it was from 2016 for Endless Survival teams, not from 2024 for level cap Void Cascade frames. When guns can currently 1-shot everything within a 50 mile radius on level cap, I'm not sure why the frame's ability damage would be rated above their survivability.

It's not going to deal more damage than your weapon, 9 cases out of 10. Meanwhile with Nourish, using a Corrosive weapon with 2 Emerald Shards, everything is already stripped and applied full Viral through your weapon.

I also recommend looking into mesa again. The tools she has access to now is insane and im fairly certain you can shield gait with nourish, brief respite and catalyzing shields

@keppochuppu also of note secondary outburst works on her pistols and a couple of the bond mods are godly for her. (Unfortunately I'm still trying to find a companion that can proc reinforced and tenacious while still being an effective sinth deconstruct user.) And while it would take a bit of setup furax has an amalgam mod for pistols and access to mele crescendo for easy maxed outburst (I tend to use ceramic dagger but mostly because the crechendo build up takes a minute or too and I typically don't stay longer than 2hrs.)
