Love the fact that since it has 8 fire rate with critical delay it can work great with octavia to get the multishot buff as well

You can use it with him , but with other frames you can buff the wepoan in most situations :)

Why use hunters munitions if theres no slash?

Because when you have hunters munitions on your primary, when dealing a crit, it'll affect the enemy with slash. So even if a weapon doesn't have slash, it'll still proc slash
