The silly man forgot a very silly thing in his very nice video: Tainted Shell (and/ or Narrow Barrel). With a max rank tainted shell your spread is very low even on uncharged shots, but when you do charge it the weapon feels more like an opticor than a shotgun as all the pellets end up in roughly the same spot. Also since the Drakgoon has no damage falloff this effectively makes it a sniper rifle. Sadly the reduction in firerate puts a weird downtime between your uncharged shots which prevents you from spamming it unless you have some kinda of firerate increase.

Fire rate increase is needed with this weapon. I'd never use it without it.. Certainly not a wasted mod slot

One of my favorite meme guns. When Gara and astilla were new I cranked up the fire rate as high as I could manage and man does that gun get silly when it's shooting at grakata speed. I wanna see an updated battacor video because that's my all time favorite primary

Gun CO on drakgoon is additive to base damage and based on uncharged damage value like for most bows

mr.youtubeman, i got a silly suggestion:amps, maybe newbies could do with some cool amp biulds, i know they are modular so it will be more about showcasing the combinaitons and functionality of each part, some guides are either tooo drawn out, so a juicy little guide on your style could be very helpful and fun too.

The way I always envisioned the Drakgoon should be used. Shrapnel flying every which way, filling a hallway with bouncing chaos! I’m kinda sad it’s not the best way to build it, but as much as the charge shots are better it’s just not as fun.

I picked up a VERY spicy Drakgoon riven when Kuva Weapons first came out, something like +200% multishot, +300% base damage, -30% damage to Corpus IIRC (it's been a while since I last played Warframe)

Loved the Drakgoon when i first started leveling. And then later i found out it has a Kuva variant. It reminded me so much of the Flak Cannon (Shock Blaster/Shock Cannon) in Ratchet & Clank 3 Up Your Arsenal. And yes, the full Crit + Viral + Hunter Munitions is the way to go.

If you really wanna help this gun out, use Xatas Whisper, it makes mini mag bubbles that suck the projectiles up and they all hot a bunch, and sometimes if theyre grouped enough, will just make a loop through everybody

There are candidates that scale with magazine size: angstrum (🤢), tenet plinx and the "indirect" scaling ones: ocucor, tenet detron, pandero prime, nagantaka prime, kuva khom, khomak and twin khomak and technically the torid incarnon normal shot.

With the status changes, I've found that Magnetic is the safest progenitor bonus type if you don't have a particular build in mind. Gives a nice boost for Eximus units.

Everyone, keep in mind that if you have Kuva Drakgoon (or other Kuva/Tenet weapon) with 60% bonus damage, your overall damage will be much higher than his (because mods and other damage modifiers from other sources apply AFTER progenitor bonus). If you fell in love with certain Kuva/Tenet weapon, I advice you to upgrade its bonus damage to 60%.

Good sir! Might I suggest the Aegrit or Kompressa. Both hilarious fun weapons to watch enemies fly all over the map. Especially with a lavos that means you can offload your status requirements there and just focus on big boom!

Can you do Tenet Diplos? There's a notable shortage of showcases on that weapon, but it's become my favorite secondary as of late. I love hipfiring it for normal spray and pray and I love ADS for the homing gimmick (which is multiplicative with Galvanized Shot).

If you put fire rate on it the charge is negligible... Charges in less than a second.. Making it only slightly slower... I rarely use mine but I can use it up to like steel path 200.. Damage is crazy with the weapon on a good build.. The quick shot is not efficient but at close range it still does the job in steel path but it takes way more shots.. If your smart you just wouldn't build for quick.. Because if you build for the charge the quick is stronger by default anyway
