Something I like to do is change regions I’ve bought really cheap and good riven from other regions like Asia and South America. Sometimes there might be language barriers but just try to keep things simple.

Honestly, it's kinda just like a business. Take, for example, let's say you make chairs, but you don't sell them instead. You have buyers that buy up the chairs and they're the ones who are selling it to other people. You make the chairs and the people buy them at a cheaper price. But when they sell them, it's a higher price. That way, you make a profit, and they make a profit.

Nice video for making decent plats. This is basically what I've been doing to sustain myself, till I got a job and became able to buy supporter packs to support the game. Being patient is crucial but move on when you have to. You will encounter some absolute dogshit of people guaranteed. That's just how it is. They are not worthy of your time so just move on when that happens. Good luck!

Usually when you sell rivens cheaper than they are worth people think that you will go even lower (just a hunch). I never bother with trade chat tbh. How much time did it took you to get to 5k plat? You probably played the game for hundreds of hours till you got to the point to have 5k plat and there are most of the time deals to buy platinium avalable like currently to get 1000plat plus a rare mod for just 50 US dollar. And you get 50 dollar even even if you don't have the best paying job in the world for just 2hours of work you don't need to waste hundreds of hours for that. So instead of wasting all your lifetime in warframe trade chat you could easily just invest a bit more of our time to get a decent job and you get some good work experience on top that can net you even better work opportunities in the future in the process and you still can have your thousands of platinum in Warframe by just spending 50 bucks every now and than but you would wast a lot less of you lifetime in tradechat for noting.

@@danhalo1405 dan, that's a really long way of saying "get a job". You're 100% correct about just buying platinum, and if you want to support DE, go for it. I don't disagree with you there. If you spend 100s of hours trying to get 5k plat, then you're clearly doing something wrong. It's quite easy to make 3-4k platinum over a weekend (around 5-7 hours of being in trade chat total). Usually during this time that I'm online in trade chat, I simply just copy paste the message, and have some TV pulled up on the other screen, or I get some work done. Best of luck.

"tired to farm all day to get nothing" I farmed 51 aya from the plains. I checked the deals that were on trade chat: full trade 24pl was the most popular and I made som calculations. 51(my aya)÷6(full trade slots)=8.5(trades total)/24(pl).8(round up)= 192pl that might seem as much but I had happen to burn 400pl on only forma bundles, boosters, catalysts and slots. Leaving NO ROOM for fashion and stuff

well if the rivens were worth nothing in the first place or it wasn't at least a "semi-popular" weapon, it probably wouldn't sell. There should be a lot of rivens for sale and they should all be worth more than 40-50p at the minimum to be resold for cheaper quickly. Hopefully that helps you get a better understanding. I wouldn't consider it an almost groll tbh. Almost groll IMO would be CC/CD/harmless negative. This is definitely a decent roll. I don't think it would go for 800-1k as that's what the stat I mentioned previously goes for. I think reasonably, you can put it up on warframe.market for like 580 more or less and have it sell.

Sorry to hear that it's a little difficult for you to find rivs for good weapons for cheaper. It really depends on how small you can make your margins. If your margin is larger, you're less likely to be able to find one. For example, if you are trying to buy a torid (around 500p) for 300p, it will take you a significantly longer amount of time than if you were buying for 350p. Does that make sense? I don't know what you mean by "trades tips". I buy it from trade chat and list it on warframe.market. Someone always buys from there. I never bother to sell on trade chat, because it's not worth my time. I can keep buying rivens and selling them without missing a beat.

I mentioned this in another comment: You want to make sure to look at the distribution of pricing. "Distribution" is how far out the prices are spread apart. For example, if you look at the first five rivens and they are priced at 20, 30, 35, 50, 70, you know this large distribution means that the riven probably doesn't sell well. On the other hand if it's something like 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, it means that it sells somewhat well or that it's popular. I could've definitely explained this part a bit better, but hope it helps! Yes, it can drastically improve a build! However, since there are a lot of combinations of rolls, you’ll need to modify your build to fit it. The reason you don’t see a lot of people showing rivens is because they want to show something everyone can use.

Ahh this explains the horrible negatives on rivens for overpriced value that literally destroys the point of having a riven in the first place. Saw a Boar riven with -80-90% ammo max, listed like 2k solely because it had cc, ms and cd XD that's like 4 shots and your empty, not even enough ammo to fill one magazine lmaoo.

Hey man you're not dumb. What I mean by "distribution" is how far out the prices are spread apart. For example, if you look at the first five rivens and they are priced at 20, 30, 35, 50, 70, you know this large distribution means that the riven probably doesn't sell well. On the other hand if it's something like 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, it means that it sells somewhat well or that it's popular. I could've definitely explained this part a bit better, but hope it helps! No, just the "meta" rivens. I bought a nami solo god roll for 150p, xoris riven for 20p instead of 200p for glaive riven, latron riven for 100p instead of 400p for torid. You can have rivens for all of your loadouts for cheap if you stay away from meta or brand new stuff

Its used by most everyone who actively plays. It doesn't require any account information other than warframe market for the purpose of buying/selling. Its a pretty cool Overwolf app that's got way too many QoL features for inventory management that its a must have.

I've been using it for a year without issue. It honestly allows me to play the game. Can't play without it. I've only just began to use the market features and that just makes it even better. I get so overwhelmed with the amount of content that this allow me to focus on what I need to continue progressing through the ranks.

@@coolpranx i have over 50k plat without relying in this system, too bad tc/community only focus on meta stuff instead of exploring or goofing around. I get unrolled grolls/demi grolls for non meta weapons, lets say quanta, no one cares at all/near impossible to sell even though its a great weapon

Thats just abusing stupid/ new players at its finest… I hate all of you doing this, because its MEGA annoying linking 10 rivens for 2 minutes straight just to get left ignored/ unanswered… It is obvious that this is working, but pls get some manners and text back, because from the eyes of a new player its very annoying: Someone shouts in TC that he buys Trash rivens for 5-10p each, i contact him, link him all my trash rivens, and get left right there with no answer… I cannot fathom the hate i have for you people.

When I was doing it, I was always responding back politely. It is most definitely rude to leave someone unanswered. Most players I buy from are MR18-20+. I never buy from anyone under MR12. Keep hating, we'll just keep making more plat.

I let people know what a riven is worth. Treat people like you want to be treated. If you can see something is worth a certain price on wf market, then tell them what it's worth instead of hoping they don't know and can get them to accept a cheap offer. It's scummy.
