I know many other frames can nuke rooms instantly, but this portrayal of Grendel makes him more frightening from a psychological viewpoint. Sure, with something like a Mesa spamming Peacemaker, as a Corpus, you might only hear the door open, a gunshot, then you’re dead instantly. But Grendel here didn’t just immediately obliterate the room, he made his presence known to all in it, making them watch as he devoured everyone one… By… One… Knowing they’re next…

I still hope for Prime trailers of those during the trailer drought like Limbo. But getting to the see the jolly big guy that specializes in spreading fortitude amongst the starving and is BFFs with Gauss being depicted in his original terrifying visage as a gluttonous cannibalistic ogre with a sinister chuckle is great too. With the revelation that he was designed mostly out of spite by Ballas being icing on the cake. He is the king of pettiness after all.
