For the Ccean fish you never have to leave that 1st spot your at. If you drop peppered, murkray and twilight along with the luminous dye every few minutes you can max out standing in about 30 to 40 minutes. And never leave that 1st ocean spot. They will spawn in groups of 2 different types of fish every few minutes and I am able to pull in between 160 to 180 fish in that time. One important key is to learn which spears work best on which fish.

Which bait would you recommend besides the special bait to get a glappid, you need a shell to rank up to the last tier to actually buy the glappid bait. Oh wait, they changed it to norg brains and cuthol tendrils.

Mawfish were alot of them in the gara-toht lake (the lake where the eidolon shrine is located and where ganulyst and hydrolyst spawn) but now I can't find them there at all idk if I hunted every one of them in the gara-toht lake or warframe removed them from the gara-toht lake

I think at least 15 murkrays have escaped me due to using the T-3 spear... glad we got that cleared up.. on another note, are the smeeta kavat gone or something? Can't even find them in the codex.

HELP murkray will not spawn no matter what i do even with bait. all that farming for the bait was a waist. and when it gets late the water glitches out and turns black like not dark like its suppose to but pitch black.

For Cuthol fish use T2 TULOK spear (1-2 hit) not T3 Peram which is 3+ hit to catch that fish!

No matter what I do, my baits won't work. I've blown through 19 murkray baits in the top left of the map and not caught a single murkray or even seen one. I'm left to assume that's the bait is broken.

I usually catch like 3-7 murkrays with the 20x murkray bait.

Bottom right corner of map, between the rock that looks like a turtle head and the triangular rock to its left, there is a patch of water with a leafy/muddy texture at the bottom, throw your bait out into the bubbles from the turtle head rock and wait on the triangle rock. Try not to splash water on turtle rock as it comes over the edge but texture doesn't show it. I do this; Get to rock, press crouch toggle, get out spear, throw bait, leave mouse + keyboard alone for duration of bait (30 sec at least, watch TV or something) then right click and look about, or activate dye and go easy mode. Up to 6 murkray per bait with this method, in fact i'm giving the damn things away to my clan.

Robert Rogers That's a special dye for the water. You get the blueprint for 500 Standing from the fishing parlor and it lasts 2 minutes without cooldown.
