Octavia contains a mandachord option in appearance where you can make or alter existing songs, there are platinum options for sound packs if you want more than the default ones that you get.

My skills are lacking, but i did request a song to be made on the forums recently (PS4 related aswell), a user actually does 1 request per person and the list of songs in that topic is pretty massive.
