By the way, I'm now trying to write a fanfic, where Evangelions are more like giant Warframes and Children are like Operators (in fact, it's Children's influence, which converts the Evangelions). Because of that, Eva-00 is Trinity, Eva-01 is Excalibur (Umbra), Eva-02 is Valkyr, Eva-03 is Nidus (poor, poor Bardiel...) and Eva-04 is Limbo. During the battle with Sachiel, Shinji accidentally uses Slash Dash and Radial Blind (and that's how they discover Children-Operator influence on Evangelions). During the first encounter with Ramiel, Shinji uses Magoroku Exterminate Sword to try and block the beam (like Excalibur did in the trailer against Captain Vor and his Janus Key), but it doesn't last long (still long enough to get Eva back with minimal damage). During the Operation Yashima, after Ramiel's retaliation shot, Shinji leaves Positron Cannon to Ayanami and does that beam parrying again (this time, with more success). The battle with Israfel ends very quickly, when Shinji uses Radial Javelin in order to pierce both cores at the same time. In the battle against Zeruel, Shinji uses Exalted Blade.
