With this, your Mesa will dominate Steel Path and be completely invincible.

How do you play your Mesa? Quick corrections regarding the vid: 1. Unfortunately only Wyrm PRIME can get over 1200 Shields, not the normal one :/ 2. Hi, hardcore Mesa main here :) I posted Replyed twice by now but youtube deletes it for some reason, probably cus i posted the link from overframe with my whole build. I guess imma type in here i guess. So for mesa i use full umbral mods, Primed Redirection and sure footed with duration, effiency and strength. For arcanes i go with Arachne and velocity. Also 5x Tauforged topaz shards. and also which is gonna be weird is for hemith i use Infested Mobility. Cus mesa is already doing nuke dmg so i would rather go for mobility. Secondary Epitaph for putting corrosive, heat and cold status effects. With Seconondary Outburst. Melee Ceramic dagger only build for initial combo that i can go up to 209 (11x combo) It also does dmg but not the purpose of it. Pet Adrza Kavat same bond mods with final crit and fire rate. Thats my build. Curious what ur gonna say about it.

Yeah the melee arcane is getting nerfed it can literally give u a x12 combo for the rest of the game even if u heavy attack it wont wither away, and it just works soo well with outburst theres no way this wont get nerfed, even a rank 0 melee crescendo is broken

If u somehow want even more firerate, equip the afentis as the primary. Use only the secondary fire that throws the spear down forming a bubble, when in the bubble you get decreased recoil, and 100% increase in firerate and reload speed. His speargun can be throw down as many times as u want.

Cool build, two notes though: - Shatter Shield actually reduces damage taken from Combat Discipline and due to rounding it actually prevents any damage up to and including R4 Combat Discipline (at R5 you only take 1 damage per kill with Shatter Shield active). You can even see in the video that killing enemies doesn't chip her health in the slightest. Since you should already always have Shatter Shield on, this means you can use R4 Combat Discipline, giving you +8 capacity, which just so happens to be the exact amount that an Umbral Forma saves you, so you can avoid using it in this build. As to the interaction with Arcane Avenger - worry not, even taking 0 health damage still counts as taking health damage, so there's no issue with activating it. If this interaction is a bug, it might or might not get fixed sometime in the future, but for now we can use it to our advantage. - It might be worth considering to use 2 green shards in place of 2 of the orange ones, to get a total of +4 max corrosive stacks. This makes the crits slightly weaker (on Mesa's Regulators it ends up being 25% less final crit chance), however for unarmored enemies, that crit chance isn't really needed, as this build is an overkill for anything not protected by armor. 2 green shards however, make it possible to fullstrip enemies, so long as you use corrosive on your Regulators. This (especially in longer SP runs) ends up yielding much higher DPS than making that extra crit chance and the +75% corrosive damage bonus vs Ferrite Armor (which you ofc lose once the target is stripped). So, if you're willing to accept seeing slightly less red crits to instead melt heavily armored enemies much more quickly, green shards are probably what you'd wanna go with.

Honestly the build lost me when asking to use not only the bronco, but asking me to get finisher kills. I’d rather stick to ceramic dagger and use a good secondary too.

Just use rauta and skip ceramic, every time the buff goes off just shoot rauta a few times and you’re good

just use the ceramic dagger, you won't get that 45% fire rate, but you get 25% Parkour velocity from the ceramic dagger, and you can use evolution 2 of the ceramic dagger "gun and blade" to get +100 initial combo by killing 100 enemies with your mesa 4 (they count for some reason). and then you can get an x9 combo without doing any finishers, and if you want to get to x12, it's really easy to get finishers with a dagger, just heavy attack an enemy with a dagger, and spame X, (Enemies are vulnerable to finishers upon being hit by a Heavy Attack with any Dagger weapon). and going from x9 to x12 is way faster than doing it all the way from x1. and if you don't want to do any finishers you can use the rauta like Miggle suggested, but then you need to switch back to your pistol to activate the buff and you are locked to that primary, it's more fun for me to just E+LeftClick every 30 seconds.

Vulpaphylas and hounds can both get reinforced and tenacious bond with full uptime, and hounds can status prime really well, while vulps can keep the buffs active while downed and in sentinel mode

Whilst this is true if you don’t have bite mod, which is a pain to get, you don’t get the crit boost from tenacious bond. Whereas with a sentinel and Vulklok you just boost its crit with critical delay etc.

4:00 apparently the normal Wyrm only has a base shield of 250 (875 with primed redirection). So i guess, i have to wait for my foundry to complete Wyrm Prime :')

I appreciate your work, the meticulous build, and love how extreme it goes, but I would also appreciate it if in the disclaimer, along with the complexity element, you mentioned the absolute insanity of investment in it. 4 Topaz (so 8 'normal') archon shards maxed Primed Redirection (introduced just last month) maxed Secondary Outburst Melee Crescendo (the higher, the more expensive) I'm not necessarily saying everything should be a budget build, but I'd like to know how easy or difficult it is to replicate before having to watch the entire video to figure out I'll need several months of farming just to consider getting this. That said, thank you for thinking these out and putting them together.

i love the niche builds that are coming out now with the whispers in the wall and the archon fusion. tactical potato did one on ember fire mage and its great to see this level of synergy between all the modifiers the game has to offer. even with the setup needed with the melee arcane, like you said after setup it wipes the rest of the way, so its only viable in missions that are endless { survival, interception, defense} but still top of its class. Keep up the good work and love the video

combat discipline combo stacking can be achieved much faster by using Vazarin focus schools second ability (group ragdoll), which opens them up to ground finishers thats still count towards combat discipline. Much faster and easier to set up with most melee weapons. Rest of the build is pretty cool.

honestly you dont even need everything about the build , just have around half the fire rate from the video and have arcane avenger and all the required mods for regulators with nourish and ur all good. Secondary outburst isnt really needed if you're going for low steel path content. Although for things like netracells you might need the full build.

@MHBlacky_ENG Another easy little thing you could do to add more damage is use the Madurai Focus for Phoenix Talon's +30% to Physical Damage. It's probably not as big a bonus to damage as some of these other things but compounded with those nasty crit multipliers and shredded armor values from the corrosion effects, it's not exactly small either. I just came back to Warframe after a several year break and have been enjoying seeing your content. I appreciate you!

Hi! About Combat Discipline, you can have it at rank 3 (maybe even 4), and the 95% damage reduction from your 3rd ability makes it that you are not damaged by the aura mod, but the arcane triggers

For QOL you can go Vazarin and for-go rolling guard, and bronco. Just use void snare for ground finishers for stacking melee crescendo and protective sling for survivability. Could use a nukor, atmos, or any beam weapon for priming heat for topaz shards.

Why would they nerf this Mesa? Its an incremental improvement over how strong Mesa has always been (S-tier on most everyone's list every year). The big thing this guide demonstrated for me was how flexible Mesa modding is. For instance, while I made a lot of changes based on this video, I kept some things like heat on Regulators with Archon Vitality, Catalyzing Shields, Natural Talent, etc.

This is pretty awesome. I would point out that for the Bronco modding, Amalgam Barrel Diffusion gives slightly less multishot, but also gives you a ton more mobility when using Mesa's Waltz and rolling as you should to move. Also, if you roll constantly, it keeps your targeting from shrinking so you would only have to cancel the ability every 30 seconds to refresh your buff from secondary arcane. I also personally prefer Pistol Amp for my aura and cutting my crit rate down some by running another arcane like either Arcane Energize and using Pillage instead of Nourish for armor strip and shield regen or sticking to Nourish and using Arcane Aegis to be very tanky with the damage reduction to shields. Either way, very interesting and well done build

A couple notes: Panzer Vulpaphyla can also get both bond mod bonuses easily, so you don't have to use Wyrm Prime, which depending on the mission, might be a better idea overall. The Viral Quills in particular are useful. Galvanized Shot is currently bugged so that Mesa doesn't get to see the full bonuses applied to Peacemakers, so generally people aren't using it right now. This is why either bane mod or a third elemental mod gets slotted in there. Using a max ranked Combat Discipline is not actually detrimental to your build, because Shatter Shield reduces the hit to 1 hp per kill due to the way Combat Discipline applies the damage to you. You are worse off for being forced to take a suboptimal capacity bonus if you don't.

Archon Shards are items you can istall in a max number of 5 on any frame. You use your Helminth to do that. They provide additional stats like +25% Strength, Casting Speed, Health and that kind of stats. Just an additional thing to make your frame stronger in a way you want. Currently you can get Archon Shards mostly by doing two things weekly: Kahl's Mission or Archon Hunt. The Archon Hunt can randomly reward you with a stronger (Tauforged) type Archon Shard. That's basically the summary. The newest Update from December - Whispers in the Wall - introduced 3 new shards but I haven't delved into that yet.

because efficiency is at 45%. I play Mesa a lot and I got a build a long time ago that still rocks. Corrosive Projection - Mesa's Waltz. Primed Flow - Vitality - Narrow Minded - Umbral Intensify - Fleeting Expertise - Transient Fortitude - Adaption - Primed Continuity. I never run out of energy and still do good damage and its a nice overall build :)

With combat discipline you can have the mod up to rank 3 or below and it rounds the damage down and does no health damage at all when 3 is active however still procs avenger. If you go to rank 5 like you mentioned it will only do 1 damage so still fairly manageable. Also not that this builds needs it but you could slot two green gems instead for more corrosive stacks to full strip armour, but they are probably already dead by that point.

I noticed that you didn't recomend a primary weapon. Stynax's speargun gives a buff to weapons (not sure of the %s) reload speed, amo max, and the one we care about, fire rate! And all you need to do is throw a stick on the ground every 40ish seconds and kill one enemy while close to the stick xD

*For anyone wanting to scale Mesa to level cap, this is what you will need to know and what you should do (prepare for two long paragraphs):* Lets begin, galv shot isn't better than a faction mod in the long run as base damage falls off + going corrosive heat is much better to synergize with your archon shards, so swap out galv shot + anemic agility for primed heated charge + a primed expel mod while also using primed convulsion and pathogen rounds over 60/60, all you need is rolling guard and catalyzing shields to survive as damage reduction falls off compared to gating and crowd control, should add 2 green shards to armor strip and 2-3 topaz crit shards, 1 cast speed shard (all better as tau forged), adding the muzzle flash augment for mesa's 2 gives you more broken amounts of cc and building more range is better by adding stretch and augur reach to shield gate (over equilibrium and primed redirection), melee crescendo is nice and all but ceramic dagger and tandem bond on your pet is much easier to maintain when the enemies will not die to finishers, use a maxed combat discipline because mesa 3 negates all damage done by it but still procs nourish viral wave and arcane avenger, you do not need Wyrm Prime to get 1200 shields and instead you can bring a high magazine secondary and use the passive reload magazine mod when holstered to trigger reinforced bonds overshield gain on your pet and maintain the fire rate buff (I use the Dex Furis). Using Vazarin to get protective sling is a good idea, Madurai for cast speed/damage/sling strength or Zenurik will for more energy so pick any for your focus school. As for the primary, I have been using the Burston and Latron incarnons for incredible scaling dps, even though I still end up using regulators more anyways. My pet is usually the Adarza Kavat for another 60% crit and because I find most beast mods better than robotic mods (tandem bond is also beast exclusive). The kavat dies sometimes, but with Tenacious, Tandem, Reinforced AND Momentous Bond, it comes back incredibly quick in level cap runs. Are you going to miss out on guardian and manifold bond? Yes. Do you need either for this set up/skill level? No. The exilus is personal preference, I do not run waltz because it removes the knockdown immunity when falling (and I like seeing the animation when mesa shoots) and I use primed sure-footed, but this is a semi-flex slot and can also be waltz/power drift/cunning drift. For the waltz lovers, it can save your energy and pairs with rolling guard/dodge speed increases, bear that in mind. Making these changes will bring you a more scaling Mesa build that can be brought for all types of endurance runs, bear in mind that this is not needed and most players do not care about this, but some do including myself and this is what I would do to make the most min maxed build you can get. If you don't care about level cap runs or even steel path, highly suggest building completely into peacemaker and ignoring the some of the range + survivability + shield gating shenanigans. *Side Notes:* Precision intensify is NOT a good idea for min maxing, trust me, I have tested this, and will give diminishing returns in the scaling scheme, while also weakening your shooting gallery and nourish substantially. Pillage is probably the only other good alternative for a helminth but I do not like it as much. Do realize that Eclipse and are Roar are diminishing returns with the former being inconsistent and the latter just not benefiting the build anywhere near to what Nourish provides. Brief Respite in the aura is solid and will help shield gate, but is not needed as negative efficiency and 1 augur mod on your frame + 2 augur mods on your secondary will allow full shield gates with 3 out of the 4 abilities (and because you will miss out of the nourish viral explosion and arcane avenger). Afentis is an option for Balisitari Might and it's fire rate buff, but god is it awful having to do that all the time, I would rather have a competent primary for when I am not shooting regulators. The flex slot in the build would be stretch (as augur reach is necessary), so you can swap stretch for streamline or anything else "reasonable" if you please. Yes, I know the Panzer keeps the bond buffs when its down, but as I already said my kavat comes back so fast that I do not need it. And again, please do not come at me for "GUARDIAN U MISSIN GUARDIAN WHERE SENTINEL" my friend I am aware, Guardian is what you do if you are not an incredibly consistent shield gater and can not handle the stress of level cap runs, however, if you are skilled at shield gating you will never ever need it and I said this is MINMAXED for experienced players and I have played Mesa so much by this point that I can safely do gating myself. The Nourish, Shooting Gallery AND Muzzle Flash cc will help you stay alive regardless, just don't get melee'd. There is a cool Rauta trick to which helps you get your combo back so fast but Tandem bond is super good already so I don't run it and the ceramic dagger fits my playstyle more. Do not listen to anyways who says subsume over Mesa's 2, or says her 2 is not good or the augment is not useful and thus she shouldn't be built for range, they are completely wrong and assume they do not play Mesa. What is the fire rate cap on the regulators? (Is there one?) Also, what shards should I use? I have one green and 4 red on her. The reds are all secondary crit and the green is corosive dmg but would the more coros stacks be better?

@@R1otRex mesas regulators do not have a fire rate, however there is still not infinite exponential way to increase it to infinite fire rate yet. As for shards, as I said in the comment, sticking with the 2 corrosive green shards to allow armor strip is a MUST and its good you have it. Red shards are now beaten by topaz shards, so I recommend switching in 3 of those. If you want, you can go 2 topaz and 1 cast speed yellow shard or 1 energy max blue shard.

U can have combat discipline at max rank. Her 95% dmg reduction actually applies to combat discipline making it only do 1 dmg anyway. That way you get the benefit of more capacity and more healing for Allies
