Some tips as returning player that i've experienced , Railjack only takes 1 to 3 minutes per part crafted ( u can also use a Relay to interact with the dock , it's not clan exclusive afaik) and after doing the Heart of Deimos quest u get necramech blueprints in your inbox as well so you don't really have to farm the standing unless you want to ignore the vaults requiered for the damaged parts that are needed, however if you plan to craft your nechramechs standing is needed for the resources.

small note on khal missions. you can now farm stock by finding it in mission (you have loot radar now) and it refreshes every time you re run it. you can use it to catch up or buy what you want instead of waiting for the weekly khal mission to rotate with new challenges, if your in that of a neewd for an item from that shop. apparently the best mission to rerun that is short is aparently sneaky sabotage. thats what ive heard but not really looked at in depth to know if its true.

things you "need". a reliably-survivable frame: generally i'd say we are talking % based damage reduction with some Hp regen, shield-gating (or invis) plus abilities that provide some damage booting (be it via AoE kill, AoE CC/pull or direct damage boosting like roar). The options are many, for a newb i''d strongly recommend rhino/oberon/citrine(a remarkably easy farm but the vendor is on deimos). octavia/saryn/mesa(PITA farm for a newb, likewise Wisp) are solid options for survivable-enough kill-frames later on once you have a good array of mods. one GOOD gun: that means an incarnon, i'd say ideally one of the 2 OG incarnons phenmor/laetum (plus the good-enough gun to help you gain it, the options are numerous here, 90% of them will be crit-based weapons tho). duviri and lich/sister hunts will round out the weapon options later on. one good amp early on just get the 111 (Raplak Prism, Pencha Scaffold, Clapkra Brace) from the quills, as you faction up with the quills and little duck go for something like a 42 3/4 (Rahn, Shraksun Scaffold, Lohrin/Anspatha Brace) this will be down to your tolerance and group potential for eidolons. until finally getting a 747/777 (everyone fights, no one quits) void-pocket portable WMD. arch-gun, Necramech and railjack for the story-progression (neither are particularly essential for generic gameplay beyond specific boss encounter). I personally enjoy the railjack mode but then i duo a lot and have top of the line crew & gear for the turrets/engineering side so my ships functionally immortal unless boarded (the engineers will ignore the enemies committing sabotage to repair even when getting shot, so a gunner with HP and weapon-damage skills comes in handy) the build completion items mods for the frame: can rarely go wrong with triple umbra mods for face/HP-tank builds, but the rest often want faction related mods to round out the build (e.g. adaptation or the khal mods for prime grade utility), corrupted mods or primes (that means baro RNG). best bet is stick with the basics until you get to farming the khal weekly missions, arbitrations (the big influx of potent mods), Orokin Derelict dragon key vaults and steel-path essences. the mods to support that gun: that means maxed out galvanised multishot, decent crit/element-boosting (critical delay/primed crit and/or primed element mods) that means arbitrations and Orokin Derelict dragon key vaults and baro. the gold element mods are also 3/4 farmable but not as desirable as pervious. leveling up mods means Ayatan relics and/or farming a load of ayatan via missions. arcanes frames, guns and amps all have he final 1/3 to 1/2 of their total potential locked behind arcanes. generally 2 arcanes per frame/amp, 1 per weapon all of them from differnt sources. warframe amps will be mostly from eidolons, duviri or P2W via warframe market (the RNG on arcanes can be horrendous, some of the handy but potent ones don't cost much plat). weapon arcanes are mostly from steel path acolyte spawns. amp arcanes will be from the same people you got the amps from. edit, i forgot about the damned archons (and their SHARDS). the SHARDS, you can get a slow but steady 1 weekly from the khal bounties with no gear wall Archon-KILL missions are beyond steel-path difficulty and you can't self-revive(so rez those friendlies that got an unlucky hit) . bring something that won't die (revenant if you have it, the frames mentioned above if not) if you can apply a roar via the ship helminth subsume all the better) you will need to be carried if disruption is on, the archon kills probably likewise, overview 1-2 yellow shards can turn some of the most sluggisg caster-frames into something enjoyable blue is a fundamental boost to core-survivability/energy, don't underestimate them because of the meta-optimised builds, if you are lacking mods an extra 150 HP/armour/energy goes a long way red shards with the +10 to strength/duration can make or break some intense build-limits (e.g. easily help a nova reach/surpass the full 18 null-star 90%DR cap, turn some frames into roar/support powerhouses) and that's before the RNG chance of gettig the "tauforged" ones which are 50% better than the default shards. overall the path to being carried in warframe missions is simple, plenty of people around so if you can provide buffs most won't mind carrying as long as you stay alive and don't slow the mission down (don't die, don't dawdle and know if there's a mechanic you need to interact with by testing it out solo first (think kayla/saryn farm fight, tridolon amp the shields away & amp the adds away or the archon hat-gates).

@@BigKrisco if you don't have em yet, you'll probably wanna get the status/multishot mods for your primary, and possibly even secondary. Faction mods, even the base ones, will help a lot as well (it's a free 1.3x multiplier on both raw DMG and status proc DMG, 1.5 with the primed version). You'll also either wanna get some reliable means to armor strip grineer and corrupted enemies at some point. Til then, you can skate by with modding for weaknesses (corrosive for grineer/corpus armored units, toxin for regular corpus units, pretty much anything except magnetic for infested). Given that you're running Mirage, you might need to do some settings tweaks to get the most out of her 3rd ability (WF lighting is weird), and probably look into getting either some of the augur mods or brief respite (can be gotten from the second Silver Grove specter after completing the quest) for shield gating/shield sustain

One thing that is of particular import is that the vitality, redirection, and steel fiber mods have had their math and language changed to be more readable. Before Vit and Red read out +440% H/S, but now read +100% H/S. The math changed to increase based on the Warframe's CURRENT health pool as opposed to using the BASE health pool before.

I’d say for any new players looking to higher their numbers/survivability on their favorite frames should look out for Umbral Forma alerts after completing the Sacrifice quest. Umbral mods’ stats increase based on how many in the set you have slotted, but they’re pretty expensive and have a unique polarity.
@ogheros11 ай бұрын
Which makes it worse to build unless the endgame build for a frame absolutely requires umbral mods. I’d say rolling guard and corrupted mods are far more versatile because once you’ve invested a bit into getting them and leveling them up some they’re far more valuable and universal and you don’t need to get loads of umbral forma for each warframe you want to build.

As of current, on my MR0 account want to note you can only access Earth and Venus in Railjack as it won't let you do the Volatile nodes to progress beyond. And with Necramechs they can't be used unless you have unlocked the Operator through the story even if you own a Necramech in your arsenal through market purchase. Syam is a great weapon that isn't locked behind MR lock that can easily be farmed in Duviri. Best primary to get is Opticor Vandal which can be earned doing Thermal event in Orb Vallis ignoring the MR requirement behind it. Secondary would have to be a kitgun however they will still be locked behind daily standing limits and are tedious. However with the changes I'd only recommend the Syam as with the removal of MR from the main story you'll get other free weapons including the Natarak bow, the new secondary book weapon, and multiple other melees to hold you over until you can get the really good stuff. This is all from a MR0 pov so would only effect a day 1 new player as once they can get MR up they can also access other quests that aren't dropping MR requirements to gain access to Liches and Sisters.

Awesome! Newer player here and wasn’t really sure what I needed to be doing other than working through the star chart. I kept hearing about all this other stuff from other content creators but didn’t understand it. Seems like I just have to keep doing what I’m doing till I get there 👍

Thank you for sharing this, I have been back into Warframe recently and been grinding the star chart. When I was here last it was a grind because the missions were level locked. You have to love this game for its survival through the yeas.

Thanks for this. Started playing Warframe again for the first time since 2021 and I was very much in the "Dafuq how much have I missed???" mode.

Buy the mech. practice endo management (mods work fine at 8/10 even in the end game which is about 1/2 the endo cost). take it slow, there is no hurry, pick one objective and work on it. get one good primary, melee and the lautem. do nightwave/kahl missions weekly.
@celestialkitsune11 ай бұрын
Laetum** there's more good weapons than just that. And no, not worth buying the necramech with platinum. It's not even a hard thing to get, and voidrig is better anyways. There's better things to spend almost 400 platinum on.

The necramech is significantly easier to farm now after the update
@nunya240011 ай бұрын
@@dinondice ah, I did hear that it is already in game they are easier to kill now so newer players should be able to do it. Thank you, I totally forgot about that.

@@celestialkitsunehard agree, tbh. The best thing new players could possibly spend plat on, if they're going to go that route, is Warframe/weapon slots..or, if they're feeling really froggy and want to spend 3-400 plat, one of the frames that's otherwise a pain to farm..or, depending on pricing, at least two prime sets

I'd say players should rank up their Fortuna standing to rank 5, so they can access Solaris United.. so they can actually build a decent AMP
@ShovelMarshy11 ай бұрын
I have a 443 amp, which while isn't too good for Eidolons (I don't do them much anyway), it's good for getting the bubble on them for the glaive alt fire

I couldn’t agree more, I’m MR 14 and I’ve gotten a few Incarnon weapons and I’m running the Sirocco, other than that I have the mote amp, I didn’t really focus on amps and I wish I did, would’ve made taking down Angel Shields waaaay faster if I had a decent amp

I'm on my way to MR20 and I'm still nowhere close to Fortuna 5. Grinding those bonds is boring so I keep postponing it forever lmao. Agreed, though.

What finally got me to grind out rank 5 was crafting xaku. Grinded for so long on deimos bounties getting all the blueprints just to realise you need materials from profit-taker to craft the chassis

I'm 3 nodes away from a complete star chart after returning from a 3 year break. The grind was grueling but I'm almost there. Necramech grinding, for some reason, does not sit well in my soul, my gut. I HATE it. I gave up and started farming relics and selling and trading for plat and just bought the damn thing for 375 plat from DE themselves LMFAO. I can't wait to bang my head against the wall with Steel Path

Vet just coming back after a longggggg (7 year) hiatus & I feel totally lost. This video helped a lot, thank you for sharing, but it's truly been a daunting task. So much has changed, I feel horribly behind. I 'need' so many Mods for my Frames, Weapons & Companions, Mods that didn't even exist before, all of my old Builds & favorite Weapons are obsolete, I don't even know where to start. Guess I'll pick a Main, find a Clan & start there but wow, having a lot to do is a good thing, but I feel like a kid who missed 3/4 year of school now has to do all that make-up work.
