I still don't think Bungie was copying Warframe. "Destiny made Skimmers from K-drives" isn't really a good argument, especially when Back to the Future 2 had a hoverboard like 30 years (I actually don't remember when the movie released, so I could be wrong about how long it was) before Warframe released. By that logic, Warframe is copying Back to the Future. It was probably a decision with some inspiration from other games/movies to add a new vehicle type, after almost 10 years of only having a hover-motorcycle. If they added their own version of an Archwing, though, then they would have some explaining to do.

@RetroCube I've been a Destiny player since 2014 and will always be, but WF is such a great change of pace and really shows how much better a game like this should be monetized. WF isn't perfect in this regard but as much as I love D2 I can't recommend it to any new player unlike WF. My whole d2 clan started playing warframe 🤩

@@JonahUniverseMan must be a treat coming into a game like this for the first time with so much content and surprises around every corner. I too couldn't get into D2 after attempting to get back into it like 3 separate times. The soft level cap gating was the major killer for me. Once you exhaust your weekly powerful engrams, then you are just stuck and can't get any closer to the content you are grinding towards until next week's reset. Then the sun setting of content was the nail in the coffin for me.

We knew since the first 1999 teaser that Aoi was linked to Mag since during her transmissions you could hear the sound of Polarize being used. We learn in Albrecht’s notes that he used Warframe research from the future to turn volunteers in Warframe hybrids.
