The Baruuk combo mechanic is actually very usable, albeit in a weird way: If you mod Desert Wind to have 0 or negative combo duration itself, you can then build up extremely high combo on a stat stick non-Exalted melee. As long as Desert Wind's own combo count is at 0, it inherits the combo count of your existing melee weapon. Using the Naramon focus school on your Operator, you can quickly build and keep a 12x combo for minutes at a time on a stat stick, enabling truly hilarious Desert Wind damage.

I found the simulacrum nukor bug when I was showing my gf how to use her Mirage Prime we'd farmed out, and I'm not sure if it's just Mirage Prime or not, but instead of enlarging her head, it lengthens her neck, making it a good 3x longer. Kinda gave me monster hunter world wiggler helm vibes

You can actually leave by yourself in the Zariman in any mission type, not just the endless ones. Helpful for if you're doing Exterminate bounties and pubs are taking their damn time. Just...make sure you're not the host, ideally.

I wouldn't even join when my friend said he'd carry me 😐. I think it was in like 2018-2019 🤔. Migrating host bugs are some of the worst I know 😢.

so the get up faster for with jumping is actually a intended mechanic when they were trying to redo self damage so its not one shotting your self by giving knockback, and one of the types of enemys that was also considered into this was scorpions pull and lancers shield bash. it was designed to give players a skilled timing to manually get up well playing with those tools/enemies instead of relaying on things like prime surefooted/certain frames. millage may vary

controller mapping doesn't directly translate into letter inputs - they have their own buttons so pressing B, Y, X, or A on a keyboard will not do the same thing as on a controller unless it's specifically coded to do so

About hardcoded keybinds, I don't remember if you mentioned it, pressing spacebar (spam it just in case) will allow you to skip a mission end screen quicker if all players do it (usually only works solo since very little people seem to know about this). Just make sure you click out of the search field so that you don't just type spaces to search among your mission's rewards.

also on the khal missions where you have to break veils it says you have to press E to unveil but you can also press SPACEBAR to do the same and you can combine the two keys to make unveiling less tedious and faster.

The trade post wall jump sound effect I believe is the same as if you wall jumped off a creature, you are able to wall jump off of the NPCs that are summoned with Kahl using Skaut's air support, I think it produces the same sound.

Infuriatingly, despite solo extraction being a thing, and the console extraction being a thing, Void Armageddon will force everyone out if even one person attempts to extract by waiting, _without_ using the console. You don't know how many times I've begged public team members to use the console to extract with increasingly frantic writing as they just keep waiting instead.

There's a couple other frames with extra idle animations! With single pistols, Mesa Noble either: 1a and 1b) Twirls the pistol near her hip, looking around cautiously. There's a different animation for her looking left, or right. 2) Turns her back, puts a hand on her hip, looks over her shoulder and aims the gun 'behind' herself, in the direction she was originally looking. With dual pistols, she: 1) Twirls them and raises them to her right. 2) Twirls them in parallel at her hips, raising them toward shoulder-height. With single pistols, Titania Noble: 1) Spins around with her pistol at her side and raises her offhand to admire her razorflies. 2) Floats to one side, spins back to center, and points the pistol forward. While Titania Agile: 1) Spins around, lands crouched on the ground, clutches her offhand, then spins back upward. 2) Twirls the pistol in her hand, points it forward, and then spins around with the pistol pointed outward. This is not an exhaustive list lol, just the ones I've noticed.

to clarify on the crate in the infested tile Not all crates are equal, while they are visually the same, the drops they give differ significantly. Some rooms have these crates with a significant higher difficulty to destroy, either behind hacks or by being hidden, these crates are way more likely to give rare mods, like continuity, flow and many others. This info is not found in the wiki, instead you know this by playing the game to the point you can see the patern.

@@laserapfel24 yes There are many other places, for example in the orokin tileset there is a room (sometimes used for mobile defense) that has a balcony up high and back in the day of wall running, you needed to go between the wall and a pillar until you reached the balcony, this room contains 3 crates that follow the same patern as the one at 12:00. Veteran players may be able to aquire archon intensify and primed mods, but the basic rare mods for those starting the game often come from these litle crates.

if i recall, the orokin cell blueprint just converts a bunch of junk material into a rare item. i believe it is also repeatable so you should be able to continue crafting cells if you have a lot of those other materials

6:49 As you mention in the pinned comment, there are a couple other blueprints like this as well. The reason for them is that rare resources used to be WAY more rare back in the game's early days. I remember being held up on building new weapons for days waiting for a single neurode to drop. If I'd had 100 plat back then to spend, I would have bought the neurodes blueprint immediately. They are indeed absolutely pointless in the modern game, but they were attractive back in 2013.

In nightmare missions without shields, you can get shields and even overshields with hildryns 2, you use her 2, swap to operator for the duration of her 2 and swap back, but using other abilities will just delete the shield. This is more like a bug, happened when I was playing mesa

Years ago orokin cells were so impossibly difficult to obtain that using that blueprint would save large amounts of time, there were organised farming parties just trying to get them. This changed when people started abusing spare parts mod to get 6-12 each mission, then the drop rates were adjusted.

The reason the Tonkor and Kuva Tonkor behave differently is because, originally, when the Tonkor was added, instead of self-damage (which was a thing at the time with AoE weapons), it acted like a Rocket Jump from games like Unreal Tournament, boosting the player into the air. When self-damage was removed, the unique nearby explosion effect was removed, so the distance at which it 'arms' is actually the distance it would travel prior to switching from the self-movement projectile to the normal explosion. Kuva Tonkor was added after the change to self-stagger from self-damage, so it never had that mechanic.

I dunno if this was covered or not, but on the Uranus sea lab tile set, for sabotage missions, when you get to the point in the mission where you have to destroy Tyl Regor's tube men experiments, the glass containers you have to destroy are upside down grineer lockers...kinda. Its obvious that the back side is the locker, but they've been cut down the middle so half is inverted locker and half is glass tubing with grineer clones inside. I noticed it just now while playing on Desdemona on Uranus.

Something i just now remembered isn't common knowledge that i use all the time, despite having seen this video when it came out, is that when you search through your mods, you can search by the advanced elemental types and it'll bring up results for both of the constituent elements. i may have commented that before but idk

When running a Railjack Survival (tested as a Fissure), a single player won‘t be able to unlock the tilesets extraction door alone to be able to leave the mission or go back to the Railjack. The player needs to wait for at least one more other player so the extraction cooldown starts. This really sucks when your team wants to continue farming and you‘re being locked into the mission.

Found this today: if you use navigator with concentrated arrow on Ivara, you can get two of the explosions. The explosion goes off when you shoot the arrow (as long as you headshot) and then again when the actual projectile hits

I just want to add that the orokin blueprintm and all the similar ones, was intentionaly made as a resource sink since, at the time, a lot of players were reaching the amount limits of resources (the programming value type limits of ints) and as such it was made so players can make the rarer resources by removing a lot of the more common resources.

Yareli is a character that exists... Also she's immune to all CC on her K-drive, including all Mercy kills. She's even immune to quest related knockdowns required to progress the story. and those involved in quests. Her mass is also different while on her board and in her case, her k-drive is actually part of her model making the two inseparable causing the change in mass and issues with story related triggers for Warframe models When riding Yareli's k-drive and you switch to operator as you fall off the map to then reset, you'll sometimes become stuck as an operator. You can't be targeted by enemies and sometimes you're also completely immune to all damage. Funny enough there's a failsafe in the game for this, and you will actually become ineligible for any and all rewards after the quest has completed. If you were NOT invincible but you WERE untargetable and stuck in operator, you'll still receive no rewards at the END of the quest but you will receive said rewards in a nice message after the daily reset. There's a lot more I'm forgetting but the game just isn't made for a character on a k-drive and its the reason why you can't use it in normal missions.

Random fact i discovered latelly: U can make a Smeeta Kavat look like a Vasca if u combine the imprints of a vasca and a smeeta/adarza kavat, which can lead u to have a weird combination of a kavat with only the vasca head, or only the vasca body (Probably already known by people that like breeding companions, but, well, i found it out a couple weeks ago)

The electric rail on Ceres, wasn't always electric. it used to be a common farming camp spot

The trading post wall-hop sound also occurs in some Grineer-Infested tiles. There's one starting tile in said tilesets with a T-shape and a wall through the upper part of the T. At some angles, you can wall-hop off this and get the same effect. Probably a generic "hopping on Infested flesh" sound. So the trading post is Infested flesh?
