I know that the lack of "proper" voice lines was likely done due to budget constraints, but for real, this is how all Mechanicus characters should sound in future 40k media. They should all speak like this with subtitles. 40k novels always describe tech priests speaking in "binary cant" - their own hyper efficient machine code language- to the point that various mechanicus characters are frequently said to feel irritation when they are expected to just talk to people, because of how slow and inefficient such dialogue feels to such machine minded people. It sounds cool, it makes sense in the lore, and it helps demonstrate just how strange humanity is in the 41st millennium when you have this key faction of the imperium sounding more inhuman than the aliens humanity claims to despise with such xenophobic religious zeal.
