Theres really no such things as "ethics" as we know them in this universe. For example, AI has been outlawed across the imperium, so people are repurposed and lobotomized to become the computers. The skulls you see floating around? Yeah those are people repurposed as computers. Further fun fact: those scars? Yeah theyre from the surgeries he received to become a space marine and then again to become a primaris. They gave him extra organs, had his bones and muscles strengthened, etc....so yeah, they took his skin off to do that, those scars are whats left. Also, you referred to the grenade launcher as an M203. I know you were saying that just because its what you know, but as a fun fact: the bolter youve been using? Fires what amounts to an explosive red bull can as a bullet...yeah. The grenade launcher attachment is similar.
