Bro i have avg 90+fps WITHOUT DLSS at ULTRA 1440p with 4070ti super 5800x3D. You need to reset everything in your system, fresh install windows, update bios, clear cmos after bios, use XMP profile matching to ram, undervolt that CPU atleast..., your cpu doesn't even boost clocks to 4450, mine does 4550mhz rarely but it can. You thermal limit that cpu atm, clocks drom from 80c, mine is at 50-60c while gaming. This is tragic performance with 4080 and 5800x3D really, you need to work on that.

are you playing on ruthless or one step lower difficulty? AI spawns matter a lot, especially on chaos mission.
