If I were to do an Astartes army now, I might go with the Exorcists. A chapter uniquely resilient to the forces of Chaos through means that are a bit unorthodox. Those who fail their entrance exam of sorts suffer a fate worse than death. Also it is my understanding that they would work well alongside a Radical Inquisitor army, so they could be transitioned toward that as well.
