Great content guys. Thanks for posting this. Interesting dwarf list. Very unusual seeing an artillery scarce list! I also really love the special rules on the river, definitely adds some flavour (and probably realism). Why did you walk the knights into the water rather than charge through? Do the river rules not apply if you are already in the water and charging out?

He wanted a slayer themed list, which is lots of axes and not much else! Not much honour in killing that giant with a cannon.... There was a ford in the river where the knights entered which we said was a safe crossing point. Had two in total which tbh aren't very clear. Figured better crossing there than losing a load to the water!

Interesting report, I’d love to see more - more stuff on the table (say 2500 points) more armies, maybe when CV19 is over you’d consider challenges to expand army selections.

We've got plans for larger games (maybe even 4,000 points!) and challenges, but sadly Covid put a stop to everything. Definitely still on the cards for later in the year when stuff's more back to normal.
