Tom use chaos spawn for frontline, hounds to pursue fleeing units. The ranged ungors to provide some missile fire and gor herds for punch. Minotaurs are great but your main hero has some great traits for chaos spawn. Also Ben, the AI suffers much less attrition than you do

I love how they still haven't noticed this is a co-op campaign and they can't declare war on one another, not a versus campaign

If it was a co-op campaign they wouldn't be able to fight as AI in the battles.... It's definitely head to head. Also in an earlier episode Ben looked at the objectives and it clearly said head to head

Melee/Ranged Attack - chance to hit enemy, reduced by defense. Weapon Damage - how much hp enemy will lose when your hit connects, reduced by armour. Had the same problem for some time.

C'mon Ben. Blindo should have been called "Blinken". Because he "guesses nobodies coming" while on lookout... no? And he also thinks Archaon lost his arms in battle... but he grew some nice boobs... no? Just me then?

And Ben, if you're attacking a city and you want Archaon up the wall you can dismount him in his character screen beforehand.

Seriously though age of sigmas is pretty fun as you don't have to remember stupid moves and abilitys so it is great for new hobbieists like children

That Auto-Resolve general ... "Hey you know this elite unit you started with that you can't replace for ages? Let's have them tank ALL the damage.. in ALL the battles.. especially if they're wounded. I love sending in wounded units first, really getting them stuck in so they die to the last man. It's great."

Why would melee defense be better than armour? Armour seems like it would cover missile and melee.

Bryden O'Neill melee defence lowers the chance of being hit. Armour is how much damage is reduced per actual hit

Slaanesh has/had Noise Marines. They're power metal badasses. I'm not sure if they're still used, but when I played they were pretty awesome units.

Have you guys tried Age of Sigmar with the new points cost system (from the General's Handbook). Works wonders; it's what got me and my friends back into the game. :) In any case, keep up the good work, been enjoying these videos a lot!

I would suggest armour defence on the heroes, as it means the troops you fight have to have armour piercing. But that's just my opinion.

dirtydirtydan melee defence in my opinion is better because it lowers the chance of being hit whereas armour is meant to tank more damage. Honestly both of them together is the best option

It depends on the character I'd say. Duelists you almost always want higher damage and attack so you can take out a lord that much faster (breaking the enemy generally), on just beefy melee characters like wights or warbosses I spec defense and health first and only then do armor (as they already have high armor), on wizards it's pretty much pointless upgrading melee prowess as they will hands down lose to everyone, you need another hero to fight for them.
