I totally understand him to rather make more movie / tabletop game reviews / battle reports. He's getting older, and constantly having to deal with bad video games has its toll on a man's mental health, IMHO.

plus Joe has always been an entertainer first and a reviewer... mmm second? maybe even lower. Been watching him forever and ALL his videos are great because of HIM. Basically people complaining are just doing the good ol' "Sing the song Jester!" Well, he's more than that. He has his own brand and can do whatever he wants with it.

Nothing stopping him from making videos on Infinite Wealth, FF7 Rebirth, Dragon's Dogma 2, Animal Well, Another Crab's Treasure, Hades 2 or Crow Country. Hellblade 2 is 5 hours long, where's the rapid fire? Why didn't Joe review both Hellblade games, they are both super short and simple. Why was Stellar Blade a rapid fire instead of an Angry Review? That game had a horrible story and Joe likes to focus on those. Xdefiant, Multiversus and Shadow of the Erdtree are either out or launching very soon, will he make reviews on any of them? Will he make anything more than a first impression (which literally takes a couple of hours, Totalbiscuit made them all the time even when he had cancer). He's just being lazy and using the excuse of "low views" to justify it.

​​@@marekskyrimalso, AVGN just celebrated 20 years of making videos about bad games. James is losing his hair but he seems pretty happy and doesn't look burnt out. Plus he's married with two kids, Joe is a couple years younger and doesn't have the same responsibilities. AVGN also gets similar views/day than Angry Reviews, and those have the benefit of being modern games puahed by the algorithm. James also doesn't have to make a low effort lazy video every other day to make rent.

More Warcry, more often, Joe! I am a bit shocked at how close it was. Those poor rangers were getting [PASTED] with loud squishy noises all over the place. I love Warcry.

Warcry is a great game. I think it's actually the perfect game for Joe, Other Joe and Alex, since the rules are so easy to learn and all the action / strategy choices come naturally from looking at the board, not being constantly the nose in the rulebook

Can warcry be played with squared base models? Going hard on Old World, but still want to get some Warcry in without having to base them on circle bases

Do whatever you want, man. Measures are made from bases anyway. As long as you tell your opponent about it before, most players really don't care about different bases.

I actually just bought the Wildercorps set, mainly because I'm running a Dragon Age setting D&D game, and I thought they would make excellent either Ferelden scouts or maybe Inquisition troops with their Mabari warhounds. Now I want to also use them eventually to play Warcry, too. It looks fun & fast paced.
