I love the fact is that if you go a bit lighter with the black templar on the armour. You can skip the first highlight method and just jump to the second

The black armor recipe is so nice, I've kept it in mind ever since I saw you to it on the Silent King. I wonder if it's possible to recreate the Lion's slightly green-ish black armor by using something like Karandras Green as the undercoat with this technique.

What you did with the shoulder icon and the Acquilla is so simple and looks so good! I prefer the way it looks versus the standard bone color and the Apothecary White method. Well done!

Warhipster, I have been following your Cities of Sigmar as I just started this hobby, and I picked them. The first issue I encountered was finding it extremely difficult to pain Freeguild Steelhelms, for example, since they all have a shield and I glued the mini, as you did, and it's very tough to paint behind the shield and such. Any particular reason you do things this way instead of sub assembly?
