Court lets a woman claim maintenance from Men, Claim their properties & also Consider womens emotions & let her have kids stay with her like men have no emotions or bonding with kids. When men can pay maintenance & share properties then how come they cannot carry the responsibility of kids by keeping kids with them? Women keep kids with them only to torture men for maintenance. This is the darker side of courts verdicts in India. Only men who are lucky enough will get out of this trap & it is only possible only if the man has some evidence against womans conspiracies if the man has no evidence then he is Guilty until proven Innocent. This is yet the darker side of Indian courts.

I fully agree atleast small amount of maintenance ... court can grant relief for eg. minimum for fooding the wife and two children per month and their studies . Yes Lawyerji you can help there is State legal services Authority under the Legal Services Authority Act . You can claim your legal expenses as reimbursement (Legal Aid Schemes) ( some expense of paper works and Court fees stamps, pl see the terms and conditions of concern SLA) from the concern State Legal Service Authority. Because there is huge fund made available every quarterly and annually by the Central Govt. and Supreme Court of India Legal Services Authority and respective State Governments. Somehow I and my husband build a two storey house with hollow bricks. And then we had no money to give salary for workers. My husband now retired but then he was a police officer. One load sand was there one day he brought I sack of cement and I saw him started doing plastering I immediately started helping so he became mastry and I helper. I thought that I was in very bad situation but this lady is literally in a situation where nothing to say... might I will manage myself but not that properly if warikoo sir advice's me but in her case I'm just speechless 😶😶 BTW hat's off to warikoo sir for his initiative for the lady... ❤❤ might the lady will be in a good situation in few years as she have strong believe in herself 😊😊
