Speaking of which, I don't remember where it says Wario can't die unless he feels like it. All I've seen is him having immortality via regeneration and shapeshifting. @@justjames4 Wario says the reason for his invincibility is because he doesn't feel like dying in the Wario Land 4 website. His immortality/invincibility isn't an outlier. It's mention twice in the Wario Land 2 instruction manual, mentioned again in the Wario Land 3 instruction manual, mentioned in the Wario Land 4 Japanese website, and a dev from WL Shake-It said "For some reason Wario doesn't die" The gameplay also support this notion via transformations. I agree though, in Mario's universe he's immortal but extending that to other universes is a no-limits fallacy, although Death Battle still should've mentioned his immortality like they do with other characters.

Wario can't die unless he feels like it, but within reason, since immortality can be negated or circumvented, even if the means to do so don't exist in the fictional work that the immortal character comes from.

Fun fact. A lawyer named Kirby helped Nintendo win a lawsuit over donkey Kong and Warner bros King Kong, preventing Nintendo from getting sued like Pixar did with Disney. Kirby was created for the lawyer. Which is why I assumed Kirby was the only one who survived galeem’s light attack from smash.

What I love about the music for this fight is how goofy it is. Most Death Battles have some hyper intense music to match the fight, but because of the naturally silly nature of both of these characters the music is also extremely comedic.
