The Nahida trailer was released on her actual ingame birthday October 27th which was yesterday (as of the release of this video) . Still one of trailers that makes me tear up. Even without context you can feel a lot of emotions

Interesting fact: Itto had an eating contest with Yae Miko, thus why you heard him say 'Hey, she's the fox lady I had ramen with'. The food was Ramen, but a type known as Kitsune Ramen, known to contain soy. Itto won the contest, but was hospitalized for a month due to his bean allergy.

Funny thing: the ship Zhongli x Childe is pretty popular and Zhongli’s teaser helped a lot. In Chinese culture giving a pair of chopsticks can be a wish for marriage and phoenix, dragon, gold and red symbolise eternity and wealth.

oh wow that is pretty interesting! I did find it strange that there was an emphasis on the chopsticks and that makes a lot of sense! I can see that happening once everything is all said and done. I think Zhongli has a better understanding of Childe than maybe anyone else from his life experiences.

I am so excited too. So many places I want to see and explore but also don’t want to rush (which I think I am lol) I just love the game and want to experience everything lol. And that is super sad. Yes! I love reactions to teasers, and you didn’t disappoint! I love the excitement you have for each one of these! Yeah, I do think the teasers tell a lot more than demos. Teasers are really more bits and pieces of their stories, while demos are like teasers of both their characters and gameplay. The collected miscellany videos are the ones that focus entirely on their gameplay. 20:56 it’s a shame that Albedo’s stories are mostly relegated to past events now, but yes Albedo can create life. It has a lot of lore implications that tie into the main mysteries of the game in Khaenri’ah, but you’ll start getting more into that after Liyue. But basically Albedo is an alchemical genius and what he does is an ancient lost art of alchemy that he knows because of his ties to Khaenri’ah and that’s a whole thing on its own cause of how big a deal Albedo is in lore. But yeah that’s why he’s chief alchemist of the Knights of Favonius. Sucrose and Timaeus are his students.

While the character demos focus more on their gameplay, the teasers focus more on their stories and inner thoughts, the lengths they go to build the genshin world is so cool Itto is the best, he's so funny😂 Haha, Inazuma is when things start to peak, you're not that far from it, I'm really looking forward to see what you'll think😮 So many things I want to comment on but NO SPOILERS 😆😆😆 Lol Zhongli spending others mora without looking at the price... Everyone says Inazuma is the turning point of Genshin going good to great so I’m pretty excited about that! I really want to save nahida. Im really enjoying your reactions!! Please consider doing the version trailers next, but dont shuffle those, its important to watch them in order for continuity. Wanderer is my favorite character!! Im very happy to hear that youre intrigued by his story and want to know more about him, I guarantee you will not be disappointed, he is undoubtedly one of the most interesting and well written characters in the game!! A lot of the shots throughout his trailers remind me of Eren. Like the shot of the Wanderer connected to something reminds me of Eren connected to the Titan. The shot where the Wanderer is sitting in a burning house (seems to be his) reminds me of when the Colossal Titan attacked and Eren’s house was destroyed and what happened to his mom. Idk. I just see a lot of similarities between the two lol.

1 suggestion is reading the Genshin Manga. It is set in Mondstadt and give more insight into characters like Diluc, Kaeya and Amber. It also sets up well for Sumeru in the future. The manga takes about 2 hours to read in it's entirety

Yeah, version trailers are good for watching before you actually play the game since you tend to forget everything, but for you i would say, don't watch them. Also can you link the unlisted video?@@K1ngBard

Sadly theres so many Story about characters hidden behind time limited events and every Player starting new will never know about those pieces of information unless they look trough all the gameplay of the old events. Like for the Wanderer or Albedo

Yeah that is what sucks. I really wish past events stayed in a separate part of the game that way new players can go and play through them. Even if they got rid of rewards and it was just to play through the story I’d be happy.

I mean, while very true in general (and specifically for Albedo), Wanderer in particular has a vast majority of his story told through the Archon quests, to the point where I'd argue he's the most developed Genshin character (if one considers only Archon quests). Like, not counting minor stuff like Parade of Providence, I'm pretty sure his role in Unreconciled Stars is his only real non-permanent content that actually matters. But yeah, very good point in general, and it's a shame there's no (in-game) way to look back on those stories for people who missed them.

So apparently xaio’s trailer isn’t in that playlist and is separate for some reason. So I will definitely have to watch that because he is so cool. Nahida's sadness seem to be more deep. Wanderer/scara is just more sensitive to emotions, which makes our pov of him more sympathetic, but i believe nahida's still go to maybe more than an agonising scale.

A 500 year old archon can easily Excel the predecessor ruling sages in leadership, and to note, getting locked up your entire life for a reason you don't know is more agonising than you think, and it is mentioned that Nahida tries to study humans. Her way of fitting in with society is different to wanderer's. Not only that but this claimed "dumb kid" apparently knows nearly everything on teyvat due to irminsul connections. When locked up, she feels a lot of pain others don't. Wanderer on the other hand, is more sensitive to emotions, as he has feelings but as a puppet he is misunderstood. Ei left him precisely because he's fragile to Emotions and wanderer getting discarded by his mother hurts alot, but it doesn't matter much on a scale if you haven't even spent time with this said creator. Wanderer made lots of mistakes and lost many, but he still has allies and friends during these "times" whereas Nahida was absolutely lonely her entire life.

Good rule of thumb in these trailers. If the landscape looks like you can potentially walk and climb on it, chances are you can go there physically in game

That is awesome!!! With some games you see a place in a trailer and find out it’s a place you can’t reach and was just shown because of backstory. That’s awesome to know when you see something in a Genshin trailer, you can go there. 🤩

@@K1ngBardthis is a GENERAL rule of thumb. However some places look different than their trailer counterparts, and some places are simply symbolic. But at the same time, some of the more fantastical looking places are actually accessible. You’ll see when you get there.
