Great video guys, thank you. Love Glenn’s playing. I am probably investing in a WA73 & a WA-2A. I would have loved to have heard the kit minus the reverb and slap delay for a real idea of how the mics and pres sound. Is there a somewhere you can post these please? 🙏

I'm building a budget studio and I'm getting a pair of WA-87 to use for drum overheads and vocals. I wish I could get those pres as well!

Choice "minimal" setup with maximum sound. I am contemplating WA-87 and WA-412 as I type this and these are what led me here by recommendation. It would be a nice upgrade from my box full of SM57s and clean RME pres. I must try the transformerless hack as I am sure the transients will be improved for the intended genre of all genres. :D

Excellent video! Love it and the sounds. Looking at getting a Warm 273 and was wondering what interface was used in the video to get the sound into the computer, or what interface would you recommend? Thanks!

As it should be...rely on samples if you don't have ambient options (limited space...understandable...) or issues with the drums themselves. ALSO, the drummer makes a huge difference and Glen plays great...and very relaxed (notice his left hand release on the snare...) touch...not trying to beat the drums within an inch of their lives...makes a big difference.
