In this video we walk around the suburb of Warnbro in Perth, Western Australia.
This is a southern suburb which has been described as a Hidden Gem. It is on the beach, the price of houses is still reasonable and it's close to shopping and a variety of amenities.

Beach side Warnbro (between currie st and the foreshore) truly is a hidden gem. No main roads, and minimum public parking means the beach is mostly frequented by only locals, giving it the feel of having almost a private beach. The beaches here are very clean and have little to no waves, so they are very family friendly. As you move closer to the beach (beach side of fendam) the properties get considerably larger, with some beach front blocks reaching up to an 4000sqm in size. It's a beautiful secret pocket of an otherwise overlooked suburb.

No. They are different suburbs but they are next to each other.

Ivan we are looking between secret harbor and warnbro. Where would you recommend? I believe warnbo is more affordable but would be willing to pay more if secret harbour was a lot nicer. What would you recommend from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Both are very nice and have their own charms. Secret Harbour has a lot more newer homes and modern facilities. It depends on what 'vibe' you're after. It appears a lot of people in Warnbro don't want to move as they are staying and renovating their houses.
