I just wish I was a CEO so I could OWN my favorite franchises and I could choose what to do with them. I have criticized Warner Bros Discovery's CEO before and I have said the CEO doesn't know what he is doing and whag he is doing is illegal and the Zaslav supporters disagreed with me, but the CEO has been overpaying himself and even said he doesn't know much about Warner Bros or scripted content and I was right. And I very much miss Cartoon Network's old studio but at least Cartoon Network will always be alive to keep bringing us more great content and I hope things with animation in HBO Max will get better. Cause seeing how actual good animated content gets slaughtered to make room for dumpster fires like (*cough cough* Velma *cough cough*) is just infuriating and ludicrous. Every time a CEO defends something, like Netflix's CEO defending the cancelations and Warner Bros CFO defends the cutting those "excess" content, and giving executives bonuses. Which shows how much these men in suits aren't to be trusted! I hope one day indie animation will grow stronger and will put these corporations to their places, after animation literally saved Hollywood during the pandemic, it's just ruthless amd cruel how these people in suits mistreats it for the wrong reasons and throw away everyone's hard work and favorite shows away without any second thoughts about the problems that will impact the business.

It's almost like going through 2 mergers (3 considering what peeps are saying about NBCUniversal) in the span of 5 years isn't exactly a good thing. They can't really focus on anything too long because Management will just rotate until someone figures out the actual game plan. I feel like they announce stuff just to give people the idea that they're working on stuff, but they don't follow through on what they greenlit because it would be too cost effective. Because announcing it and approving it makes you look good, but actually having to do something with that product would just take too much effort. It's so infuriating for them to just approve like a dozen projects and than to cancel a 3rd of them. If they announce anything that looks promising make sure to take it with a grain of salt. It's like a tug of war, on fire, when it comes to management trying to juggle priorities, appeal and budget.

brought back half a memory. There was a cartoons host some thin g live action and I remember when I saw it, they just reused pre-animated cells from other old episodes. They didn't incorporate any new movements or new poses. They were just green screening characters over footage and not even caring if they properly interacted. Look, things are messy yes, I know but we have stay positive and be flexible an old friend told me that. Also the new streaming service will change HBO Max name is set to unveil on April 12, 2023. Also those cuts at HBO Max is licensed to FAST Services such as Roku and Tubi and doing its own free ad supported service called WBTV. Also Batman Caped Crusader is picked up Amazon Prime Video. We’ll have to wait and see.
