4:20, 5:07-5:12 DCEU has always known how to animate guys like Black Adam and the way they're supposed to fight. Really making them feel powerful with how they move. The speed. Man of Steel was probably the first time a movie properly captured the way Superman level beings would fight. The speed. The shockwaves emanating from their strikes when they fight others on their level. The movies themselves may not be perfect(haven't seen this one) but the way they bring these type of superpowers to life probably is the best to date when it comes to superhero films.

Was the movie perfect? No. Were there things about it that could have been done better? Yes. But honestly, I still found this movie quite entertaining. Some of the action sequences (like this one in particular) blew my mind, and I really enjoyed characters like Black Adam, Doctor Fate, and Hawkman (Atom Smasher, Cyclone, and Ishmael/Sabbac were ok, I felt they could have been written better and/or gotten more screentime though). And the score, especially the Black Adam theme, was the cherry on top for me. Overall, I give this movie a 7/10, I think that’s a fair score. I also really hope The Rock gets another chance at playing this character, I’m no comic book expert but I personally thought he did a great job as The Man in Black.

Too mcuh underrated. Not only cool fighting scenes, but tells real story about a poverty country controlled by terrorists, but ignored by US and other developed countries. Even Batman does not tell such story. But you know, such story always takes time for people to accept, especially it kinda challenges government and authority. But still, this is the dark side of the world that we tend to ignore and should have more concern. I am really looking forward to Black Adam II if DC would go deeper on this kind of story. Maybe like Waller tries to take down Black Adam as a threat, then some military party or supervillains take advantage of it and endangers the world world again. And then, superheroes disobey Waller, and fight alongside Black Adam for Kahndaq. Could be really intense and exciting to see, especially if there is something ironic like: When superheroes tries to stop Black Adam, the villains already start a massacre locally...... Dark, I know, but that is closer to reality.

I don't know why people hate this movie. It is better than Shazam movie. Shazam 2 is a joke. Look at Shazam cast. Billy batson in movie as a kid is a silent kid and mature for his age. And why not? He has spent years searching his mother. He is street smart kid which definitely brings in required maturity. Shazam is extremely talkative, highly immature and lacks any qualities Billy originally has. Doesn't feel that connection between the two. Feels like Shazam and billy are not same people. Black Adam is 10 times better casted and directed than Shazam. Rock fits the cast of Black Adam perfectly and justice society was a surprise gift. I am happy they made black Adam.

Knowing Adam's character I went into this film expecting asskickings and glorious power display and I'm more than satisfied. The rock was perfect for that role and he really did it well. I also liked the plot as well to be honestly. Yeah it wasn't anything groundbreaking but it was solid all around. Overall on a scale from 1-10 I'd give this movie a very solid 9. I wanted one simple thing and honestly got a lot more. And the plot twist when it was revealed the kid from the beginning isn't the actual black adam was fantastic in my opinion. Overall great movie, stunning effects and solid acting all around. Shame WB has no appreciation to the great men and women who make it. These movies wouldn't be worth jack s**t without the great actors. How you've treated great actors like Hanry cavil is unacceptable and it will come back and hurt you because henry was and still is the greatest actor on this planet to play superman

To segue away from this INCREDIBLE introduction, I want to refer to the end cut scene, I love the little attentions to detail to round this all out. If you know Black Adam, you know that he has committed mass genocides and sterilized countries just to get back at those who wronged him or his country. He destroyed much of China as well, all by himself. And in response entire groups of superheroes, including Captain Marvel himself, were sent to fight him, and he either killed or otherwise defeated them all. Captain marvel was forced to plead to the gods to take away Black Adams power and sort of through a cheat, did it. But even he couldnt stand with Black Adam hand to hand. Hence when Black Adam said after being warned by Waller to "Send them all", he actually meant it lol. Supes and Shazam himself fought Black Adam too, and only beat him by a hair. That smile at Superman was also intentional. He knows he can hold his own. He has had his redeeming moments over the years, but overall, this is one guy you truly do not want to be on his bad side. Everyone will pay for it along with you. He really is no hero, and they downplayed by quite a ways how truly powerful he is. F the studio for shutting down Black Adam 2 and the Superman collab. This could have been something truly great.

I really enjoy this movie, I got chills when I saw this intro of Black Adam in the theater with those sound woofers effects and everything, and he did a cool badass intro here. The whole movie was fun! The only thing that I don’t like about this movie was the final fight, Sabbac the final villain screen time was feel short to me. Sabbac versus Black Adam fight was short, and the way he killed Sabbac was kinda lame, sabbac is way up there to be one of the DCEU powerful villain.

If they ever make that movie black adam vs superman, i really hope we get to see a scene where they fight so fast that they literally stop or even reverse time. They both can move faster than the speed of light so i really think that would be an appreciated effect in one of their fight scenes. They are known for being almost as fast as the flash. He can definately move beyond the speed of light. Idk cool idea i think.

4:40 -- I love how each of the mercs has a different caliber in their main weapon, that way there can be absolutely *zero* magazine or ammunition compatibility between each other. Like one dude as a 9mm, one a 5.7, yet a third with 5.56, and so on. All because the prop-department wants everyone to look cool, and completely disregard the impracticality of it. Oh, and military length M4 barrels in a cave without a silencer *ruin* your hearing.
