Agreed. They were always there for each other and had each other’s best interests at heart. With Dan, there’s all this weirdness and awkwardness of “my mom dated your dad.” Nate understands Serena in a way Dan never will. IMO, Dan + Blair, Chuck + Georgina, Serena + Nate, and Rufus + Lily.
