Happy New Year to you too Father. God bless your two God children. Your reflections today helped me to put my sickness in perspective because it was not expected. Yes I had a major heart attack 9 years ago and have a stent above my heart. But the episode in November made me realize that I need to stop trying to do everything for everyone but instead to surrender my family and myself to Abha Father and let him work in me and through me. I am semi homebound - go only for Mass as I want to receive our Lord in Holy Communion. I am also not able to sleep much in the night and I then get out of bed and come to my prayer room and pray. I feel this is a call from the Holy Trinity because I get up without an alarm at 2.30 am or 3.00 am. Take care of your health and I am praying for you and your parents. God bless you always.

Thanking God for everything this year ,we had the wedding of our second daughter, we lost our dear brother in law 5 mths ago ,immersed us in grief yet we all bore the loss in unison,when our children made it for his funeral, I then realised they can come at short notice, they all made it home for Christmas, 3 left in the last 3 days ,leaving a deep impact on my heart,3 with us ,each day we thank God for journeying with us through each experience
