Plus the fact that your character was able to smash the guy through the window in the first place implies immense strength and force. The guy probably already had broken bones in his knees immediately after smashing through the window. Bones can generally withstand about 19000 PSI, the estimated force to break a window is around 20000-24000. Even if those are a big close, the knee is one of the easiest bones to break, especially if you’re slamming it directly into something. If your problem employee ever slips off his belt, you wanna run. Death is coming.
