@@badinstinctsKZbin-xb3oj Michael just found out that doing videos on doom and telling people what they want to hear is very profitable. The guy now has a very profitable youtube channel. He was one of those guy that bought units in 2021/22 thinking they were going to get rich. He couldn't manage them as rentals and had to sell them. I wouldn't say he is a "failed" real estate agent. He was just like every other agent and only completed 4-5 transactions a year.
