Very informative. I've always thought that stretching the hamstrings can sometimes bring more harm than good. Thank you very much.

Summer is looking forward to meeting you and getting a cookie from you in-person as opposed to from a ‘like’ 😋

Helpful video ! Can you make one on rounded shoulder/winged scapula. My chest is pretty tight and has some “knots”, could that be the cause? Also what exercises or stretch would you recommend? Thanks!

returnofthe stoic - Thank you for watching and for leaving a comment. A tight chest that has knots in it can be from two things (1) posture - we sit most of the day, and thus our shoulders are rounded forward, (2) lack of daily stretching , especially if one works out. Solution: become more aware of your posture when seated, stretch after exercise, strengthen postural muscles. I will do a video to further help on this subject. Thanks again for subscribing 🙏 please keep the comments coming 😊

CodyDudgeonPhysiotherapy thanks so much and that is very true, sometimes when I walk by a mirror and I check my posture and it’s slouched. I will now keep that in mind, perhaps I might invest in a ergonomic chair. Also a video explains exercises and stretches will help a lot because there is so much information on the internet sometimes it becomes confusing but you explain these matters very well. I will be looking out for more of your vids awesome things you got going! Also side note I stopped working out chest and shoulders for months because I wasn’t sure if they were stronger than my back and pulling muscles.

returnofthe stoic good idea regarding the ergonomic chair. A proper set-up at your work station is important. Perhaps a video on an egononic work station setup would be good. There is definitely a lot of information out there, but relying on professional sources is key. I will show some exercises and stretches to help with rounded shoulders and posture. 99% of us have stronger chest and shoulder muscles versus our back and ‘pulling’ muscles.
