The outdoor jumping class looks like so much fun 😁. There are a lot of giant buildings in both districts. It's very interesting to see. I would definitely have to visit Minsk myself and view these districts and see what it is like taking public transport to the city center, driving around, shopping at the nearby malls, etc. on a normal day before, I would decide which would be best for me.

What are the interest rate usually offered by the banks there and how many year is the mortgage? In USA currently the rate is around 7% for 30 years.

Oh thank you so much for making this video. I really appreciate it. Good information provided in the video. I'm assuming these 2 places are not very near the city centre. But yes the second locality was much better. The first locality was also good. It's still being developed. I beleive there are some good apartments near Dana mall and also near the Library? Is it possible to to get a good furnished ready apartment for 70 to 80k dollars? Thanks once again for the video
@AnfisaBELARUS2 күн бұрын
Thank you so much too 🤗 so you can find furnished apartments for 70-80k but in older buildings. And in Minsk Mir it is also possible 🙂.
@takoto26102 күн бұрын
I don't get it: you believe Minks Mir is a bad place? 😵💫🤔 I think it looks awesome from the outside! When I was in Minsk, I took a visit to that place because I am from Serbia and I know it was built by the Serbian tycoon Karic, so I was curious. Main boulevards are called Nikola Tesla and Belgrade boulevards.👍🙂For 50.000$ in Belgrade (Serbia) you can't buy a 20m2 studio. 😐 Garage costs almost $50000 at Belgrade Waterfront, a place that is similar to Minsk Mir. You claim things around Minsk Mir are not completely finished, not enough parking slots, no metro station... so what? Those will eventually be built.
@takoto26102 күн бұрын
BTW, Karic plans to built Tesla City in Belgrade that will be like Minsk Mir. 🙂
@AnfisaBELARUS2 күн бұрын
Well, unfortunately people in Minsk don’t speak so positively about that development. Unfortunately the problem with parking slots will be even worse later. Only one school and kinder garden obviously is not enough, but that was written in the contract. So I guess the rest is on the Belarusian side. Will it be done? A good question and how soon. Also you have to think about materials which were used. People say it is the cheapest ones. So many things do not work properly or already broken. But I believe there is a potential in this project and many people will like to live here because of the price. So there are no reasons to complain if you saved the money, right?
@takoto26102 күн бұрын
@@AnfisaBELARUS Well, yes: the place looks very modern and prices are very affordable compared to Belgrade Waterfront. I'm curios because I know Karic has plans to built Tesla City in Belgrade, and it's basically a copycat of Minsk Mir. 🙂 The city of Belgrade is changing the route for the 1st metro line because of that future development project, which is a little bit crazy. 🙂

Amazing video as usual,,well organized,,,very fair explanation ,,,and you are in the right way that you began to make deals with real estate companies ,,,keep going ,,,and make more deals ,,,i suggest to make more videos about real estates in belarus sure mainly with new areas and companies ,,,and then make videos about usual good quality cheap prices real estates ,,,but make deals with brokerage companies that supervise renting these flats. In real estate world,,,you must show different degrees begins from luxurious flats,homes,area till low cost or cheap flats ,homes but the most important choose the good quality areas whatever new or old ,,,,,i like this very much ,,,,i like your way of explanation and presentation of topics,,,you are very logical and very smart so you deserve some flowers🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹,,,i want to ask a question ,,,,can i communicate with you in instagram ???🧐
