Listen to this with caution boys. You absolutely have to date when you are not at your best. That way you can learn about how women work. If you work like a monk until 30 and then start to get girls, you will get played so hard. All these KZbinrs who say to not date, already dated and understand women, so they think that knowledge is natural to men. At the first stages of relationships you can feel ecstatic and do very dumb things. Broker and lower status you are, the smaller the dumb mistakes. If you start dating at 30, you will 100% Inevitably be played and do big mistakes. Your religion or morals or scriptures won't save you from the real world scenarios.

Locking in isn’t something you do for 15 years straight. That's usually just to get a boost in productivity and results in a certain part of our life. You can also lock in when it comes to becoming more desirable for women or having a better relationship.

I did pretty well for the first 6 months without watching you, and i was watching you rigorously. But I fell down, the gym community was criticising you then and tate was pretty much main public enemy for a while. I thought it was bad to be manly cause everybody in my country was drinking, partying all day, playing karaoke and going to their jobs the next day. So i tried to fit in and nobody respects me anymore. I'm back tryna gain the progress i had before and actually do this shit🔥🔥🔥

Hamza, there's been times in my life where I've behaved like the guy you mentioned in the story at 12:00 . I think everyone has. I guarantee, the second those words came out of his mouth he felt like a total jackass, and the kicker is, he's probably been slapped in the face with moments like these throughout the course of his life, and in these moments we are faced with the reality of who we've become, and consequently, a choice. The choices you make in moments like these shape your identity, and consequently, your reality.

14:54 the movie part is where it's kinda extreme to me. i like art and it'll probably be the backbone of my business in the future, so everytime something seems "lacking" in my creation, i always try to find something that could be the piece to the puzzle. i watch movies with intention, especially since i have average-decent attention span, i am NOT watching for 2 hours and it doesn't even serve me in any way

Hamza, another amazing video man, I really needed that, and wanted to ask you, as a fighter, what kind of books would you recommend to read, you know maybe some philosophy or something else about discipline or anything,, I've recently got "the way of superior man" and the titles are telling me like this is the masculine survivor man's book 😂, and I'm thinking this is what i should read, I'm not chasing money, i strive to become a pro athlete, and run through all of the league, from WBA to UFC, and I think i need some books that might boost my mindset as a superior warrior, and fighter, and be focused on that mindset of a fighter, I'm currently learning peekaboo boxing and also mixing it with kicking, and using other boxing styles to make it more efficient

I am 21 and this video is very good but I disagree about one thing - the dating. I think you should strive to gain experience in your early 20s and teens just to get a feel of how you are in a relationship. I still haven't found a girl I like so I feel awful that I haven't experienced anything sexual with a girl yet (I cuddled and kissed for the first time with a girl a week ago) If anyone is from the UK watching this feel free to connect if you want, I want to meet driven and ambitious people.

Hamza you'll probably never see this but can you help me with a situation I'm sure non of your followers ever mentioned before , and that is trying to date/hookup/or even sincerely be in a relationship in a VERY traditional conservative country and city . Being single for so long is actually at this point just too distracting MORE than if i had a relationship at this point but obtaining it feel impossible in my environment I'm so lost at what to do and no moving out is not an option now Also I can't tell you how many times a girl was interested in me but was too fearful because of society pressure or fear of being caught.... ect The only option here is to marry and boy is that a fun ride lol Guys genuinely pls help because I can't take this anymore lol

Hey guys here I need some advice, I’m 22 and gaming has been taking over my life for the past 10 years, I want to get further in life but my only connection to my blood brother is by playing games. I want to avoid just wasting my years away on gaming but I don’t know how to find a healthy balance with it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also every time I try chasing self improvement my brother drags me back down to get back into that gaming lifestyle and constantly gives me fomo and I’m not sure how to escape this

Just cut lots of games and especially online games, play most offline games and only a few so you can play only a few hours a week

Hamza, this new intellectual type of talking is extremely informative and allows us to follow your ideas, you do a great job. As a suggestion, I believe that a little shouting in our faces and triggering us on purpose in order to take action will help the idea get across a lot better, just like in older videos.
